(Minghui.org) On the occasion of the 13th anniversary of Falun Gong practitioners' peaceful protest opposing the CCP's persecution, United States Senator Michael Bennet wrote the following letter in solidarity with the efforts of the Falun Dafa Association of Colorado to promote human rights and fundamental freedoms.

To the attendees of the Falun Dafa Rally:

Thank you for the invitation to attend the rally to end the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners in China. Although I could not be here in person today, I support the efforts of the Falun Dafa Association of Colorado to promote human rights and fundamental freedoms, such as the right to freedom of religion.

Like you, I strongly believe that people everywhere in the world should be allowed to practice religion freely and without fear of persecution. Whenever possible, the U.S. should promote policies that support tolerance in other countries. The torture and persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners is a tragedy. Your commitment to religious freedom ensures that those who continue to suffer are not forgotten.

Thank you for your dedication to end religious persecution in China.
