(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Wan Xiaohui from Dalian City was arrested on July 17, 2012. She taken to Yaojia Detention Center on July 25, and then sent to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in late August. This is the second time that she has been incarcerated in this forced labor camp, and she is now lame as a result of beatings that she has been subjected to there.
Force-fed, Handcuffed Behind Her Back, and Covered with a Hood in Yaojia Detention Center
Ms. Wan was semi-conscious when she was dragged into Yaojia Detention Center by three people around 8:00 p.m. on July 25. She was also covered with mud and had an egg-sized bump on her head. They threw her into a cell and yelled, “Falun Gong. Hasn't told her name.”
Three days later, Ms. Wan began a hunger strike to protest the illegal detention. The detention center officers force fed her. During the third force-feeding she was subjected to in 10 days, they inserted a more-than-a-foot-long hard plastic tube through her nostril into her stomach, but this time did not pull it out. They also handcuffed her behind her back and covered her head with a hood, even though it was hot summer.
Torture Re-enactment: Practitioner's hands handcuffed behind the back
Ms. Wan was able to remove one hand from the cuffs during the night and pulled out the tube. But she was soon discovered by an inmate. Two other inmates held her and attempted to handcuff her again, but failed. Later, the guard unlocked Ms. Wan's other handcuff.
Disabled from Beatings at Masanjia Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Wan was transferred to the 3rd Division in Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in late August. She soon became lame from the beatings. Ms. Wan's son was not allowed to visit her when he went to the forced labor camp. He was told that it was because his mother refused to be “transformed.”
All practitioners who refuse to be “transformed” are currently being held in the 3rd Division, where they are being subjected to violent efforts to “transform” them. Practitioners include Hao Qiujing, Luo Jinyu and Xiao Chunling from the development zone.
Ms. Wan was previously arrested in March 2010 and later sent to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp for a one-year term. She was subjected to brutal abuse and torture. The details of the torture she was subjected to can be found from this article:

Tortured in Solitary Confinement Cell in Dalian Forced Labor Camp
Malan Police Station officers arrested Ms. Wan on October 9, 2002. Shahekou Police Department officers then sent her to Dalian Forced Labor Camp for a two-year term.
Ms. Wan was tortured in a solitary confinement cell. Guard Xu Lili and several inmates came and tore off all her clothes, gagged her mouth with her socks, put a padded helmet on her head, and used wooden boards to beat her head. One large inmate put all his weight on her left foot. Ms. Wan fainted from the torture. The torturers then pulled her into another small cell, forced her to lie down on a bench, and tied her hands and legs in opposite directions, with all of them fully extended. Then they used wooden floorboards, longer than half a meter, to hit her. Both her legs were seriously injured and turned dark purple.
While she was placed in a solitary cell, Ms. Wan was not allowed to wash and could only use the toilet three times a day. With only thin clothing and no socks and shoes, she was always handcuffed and forced to stand past midnight. Her hands and feet became swollen and bruised.
When Ms. Wan was released on October 13, 2004, her entire body was covered with injuries.
