Solemn Declaration
When the persecution of Falun Gong began on July 20, 1999, my siblings and I tried everything to prevent my mother from practicing, since it was banned by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
We refused to listen when she told us the truth about the "self-immolation" hoax or when she encouraged us to read truth-clarification materials and watch DVDs about the persecution of Falun Dafa. We were also very disrespectful towards Master and Dafa, and destroyed Falun Dafa books.
My sister once attempted to commit suicide to try to force my mother to renounce the practice. However, no one could change her solid determination.
My mother has never stopped trying to awaken us from the CCP's lies. We have also witnessed her physical condition improve from doing the Falun Dafa exercises. Still, we didn't allow her to go out to tell people the truth about Falun Dafa and the persecution.
Due to my mother’s efforts to help us understand, we finally quit the CCP and it's affiliated organizations in September 2013. The Chinese regime's promotion of atheism had poisoned our minds, and we were brainwashed by its lies for a long time. As a result, we participated in the persecution, and have done bad things that were disrespectful to Master, Dafa, and practitioners.
We solemnly declare that everything we have done that was disrespectful to Dafa and Master is null and void. We sincerely believe that Falun Dafa is good, and will support my mother's practice. From now on, we will take every opportunity to tell people that Falun Dafa is good.

Solemn Declaration
In the beginning of the persecution, my husband and I believed the CCP's propaganda, so we participated in the persecution, and destroyed many Falun Dafa books, including Master Li's recent articles.
After reading some truth-clarifying materials, including the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and the Minghui Weekly, and watched the Shen Yun Performing Arts DVD, we now understand the truth about Falun Dafa. Remembering all of the bad things we have done against Falun Dafa, we feel very regretful.
We solemnly declare that everything we have done and said that was disrespectful to Dafa is null and void.
