7. [Changchun, Jilin Province] Mr. Liu Yulong Has a Stroke in Prison

Mr. Liu Yulong from the Shuangyang District was arrested on May 19, 2011, and sentenced to three years in prison. He was sent to Gongzhuling Prison. Ms. Xiao Jing has been tortured in Zhejiang Provincial Women's Prison. She was confined in a room and not allowed to leave it for 31.5 months. During that time, she was forced to listen to a speaker over 120 decibels for 10.5 months and she was only given 500 mL of water per day. She was handcuffed all day long for three months. She was not allowed to order food, fruit, or vegetables.

Mr. Wang Yulin was arrested by officers from the Domestic Security Division of Binchuan Police Department on March 20, 2012, and sentenced to three years in prison.

Ms. Huang Yuxia, 58, lives in Zhuntehua Village, Huolinhe. On the afternoon of March 3, 2013, five plainclothes policemen went to her home. They took her pictures and rummaged through all six rooms.

On March 5, 2013, Liu Zhigang and another 15 plainclothes officers from the Shaerhure Police Station barged into Ms. Huang's home again and took her to the Huolinhe Domestic Security Division. They confiscated 16 items including a computer main unit, a cell phone, two MP3 players, pictures of Master Li Hongzhi, Dafa books, Falun Gong materials, etc. The total value is about 6770 yuan. That night, the domestic security division also extorted 1000 yuan from Ms. Huang's family and charged 150 yuan for a physical examination fee. Ms. Huang was detained for 15 days.
