(Minghui.org) My mother is a Falun Gong practitioner. Due to her influence, I believe Falun Dafa is good, and I know that Falun Gong teaches people how to be good.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) started to persecute Falun Gong in July 1999. My mother went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong and was arrested. The police always harassed us after that. I missed my mother and got sick. I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. The doctor told me I would have to take a prescription medication for the rest of my life.
This distressing news made be very sad. I wasn't yet married, my life had just begun. How could I live with this? At that time I also had serious pharyngitis. I spent lots of money, but was not cured. I took the medication every day and did not know what to do. I begged Master Li to let my mother come home early to help me. Soon after that, I dreamed that a crane came and told me that my mother would come home very soon. A few days later, I was notified that I could pick her up. I really appreciated Master Li’s help. I knew Master heard my prayer and helped me.
When she heard about my condition, my mother told me, “No medicine can cure you. Master will help you if you say, 'Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.'” I recited it in my heart that night and my throat felt much better the next day. A few days later, my mother said, “Your pharyngitis must be gone because you haven't been coughing lately." I realized my pharyngitis was actually cured without my even realizing it. Falun Dafa is wonderful!
After that, I stopped taking medication for hyperthyroidism. I have not since gone to the hospital for the past ten years, but I am very healthy.
Master Li is very compassionate. You will be blessed as long as you truly believe that Falun Dafa is good. I feel very calm and at peace, because I believe that Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.
I once again thank Master for his greatness and compassion. Although I am not a practitioner, I know Master has been looking after me. Thank you, Master! Thank you, Falun Dafa!
