(Minghui.org) I started practicing Falun Gong three years ago, and recently started talking to people about Falun Gong and exposing the persecution at tourist sites and airports. Along the way, I've changed from being fearful and timid, to being fully confident with talking to large groups of tourists. I have accumulated some memorable experiences that I'd like to share.
Many of the tourists I talk to arrive in groups, and once one person asks a question, many others follow suit. “How do you make a living?” “How do you get the money to support these activities”? “How does your husband feel about you being here?” They come one after another.
This is a great opportunity for me to address these questions in an open, straightforward manner, using my own personal experiences and anecdotes from everyday life. Since they are glimpses into my own life, they ring true and resonate with them as individuals, and the tourists often take it to heart. One group that sticks out in my mind was an official delegation that all quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Another was a group of over twenty tourists, most of whom quit the CCP, after asking many questions.
Another time, I saw a lady at the airport who was waiting for a plane back to China. Thanks to Master's compassionate guidance, I was able to strike up a conversation with her about Falun Gong and the importance of quitting the CCP.
I told her about the large numbers of people who practiced Falun Gong in the past, even including officials from the CCP's upper echelons. I also told her that Jiang Zemin's jealousy was the reason he started the persecution, and that the Tiananmen Square self-immolation incident was staged in order to frame Falun Gong.
She listened intently, and agreed to quit the CCP when I finished. Before she left, she said to me, “Did I meet a Bodhisattva today or what?”
There are many more such stories, where people understood the truth quickly and responded well, but sometimes, people were slightly harder to persuade.
I sometimes met tourists who worked in the Chinese law enforcement system. I can tell from their reactions that they are hesitant and fearful. They are usually very nice, and tell me that they know what I'm saying is true, but they just don't want to read the Falun Gong materials.
Once I figure out that they work in law enforcement, I urge them to protect practitioners, and not participate in the persecution. I also tell them that they must quit the CCP for their own good. Although they are more hesitant to express agreement in a group, they often do so when they are alone.
I have improved greatly in cultivation through this process, and truly realized the profound meaning of “Cultivation is up to you, gong is up to the master.” (Zhuan Falun) Many of my attachments, such as competitiveness, fear, and jealousy, have been rapidly discarded as a result.
When a person learns the truth and says “thank you” from the bottom of his heart, I am moved to tears. It truly saddens me when I see so many people who have still not yet quit the CCP.
On most days, I can get about 20 to 70 people to quit. As long as I have a chance to talk to them in depth, most of them end up quitting the CCP.
My ability and compassion are bestowed by Master. Without Master, I would still be lost. Without Master, I would not have achieved anything.
I live in an European country. As far as I know, Europe is a little behind in clarifying the truth face-to-face, and I want to urge everyone to please not miss this long-awaited opportunity! Master is still counting on us; sentient beings are still waiting for us.
