3. [Shanghai] Ms. Yu Xiangdong Sentenced to Three Years in Prison
Ms. Yu Xiangdong from the Pudong District was sentenced to three years in prison by the Pudong District Court in mid-September 2014.
She was arrested and taken to the Pudong Detention Center on March 3, 2014 for distributing informational materials about Falun Gong.
4. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Wang Zhiwu Detained
Mr. Wang Zhiwu is being held in the Handan City No. 2 Detention Center.
5. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Chen Huiran Faces Trial
Ms. Chen Huiran, 59, was arrested twice on May 14 and August 13, 2014. The Xinshi District Procuratorate submitted her case to Xinshi Court around October 17. She is now facing trial.
