Mr. Yang Lesheng, about 50, was arrested on December 13, 2014

3. [Pi County, Sichuan Province] Mr. Gan Zhilin Harassed

Mr. Gan Zhilin from Wenxing Village was arrested by Yang Ping and Gao Zhiyong from the Pitong Town Comprehensive Management Office on December 12, 2014. He was brought home the same day by his son who demanded his release.

4. [Tieli City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Liu Hongtu Sentenced to Five Years in Prison

Mr. Liu Hongtu was put on trial by the Teili City Court on the morning of December 2, 2014. A verdict was issued on the afternoon of December 12. Mr. Liu was sentenced to five years in prison.

5. [Shanghai] Ms. Chen Lihua Arrested

Ms. Chen Lihua from Zhangshu City, Jiangxi Province, was arrested while distributing Falun Gong informational materials in Shanghai. The police searched her home that afternoon. She is being held in the Minhang Detention Center.

6. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Guilan Sentenced to Five Years in Prison

Ms. Wang Guilan was held in a detention center for over four months since April 24, 2010. She was sentenced to three years in prison. Her prison term was to be served outside the prison due to her health condition, with an ending date in April 2014. She was arrested again on the afternoon of January 28, 2014, while she was distributing materials containing information about Falun Gong. Her relatives received a phone call on October 20 saying that Ms. Wang had been sentenced to five years in prison.

7. [Chibi City, Hubei Province] Ms. Ouyang Huaying Detained

Ms. Ouyang Huaying was arrested on December 8, 2014, for talking to people about Falun Gong. She is being held in the Dongxihu Detention Center in Wuhan City.

8. [Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Li Shuping and Another Practitioner Arrested

Ms. Li Shuhua and another practitioner, Xiao Cheng, were arrested on December 16, 2014, for telling others about Falun Gong.

9. [Meizhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Fu Xuebing and Ms. Deng Fangying's Prison Terms Upheld

The harsh sentencing of Ms. Fu Xuebing and Ms. Deng Fangying was upheld by the Meizhou City Court on November 28, 2014. The two practitioners will be soon taken to a prison.

Ms. Fu was sentenced to seven years in prison by the Meijiang District Court, and Ms. Deng was sentenced to ten years in prison around November 22.

10. [Zhongjiang County, Sichuan Province] Ms. Cao Guiying Detained

Ms. Cao Guiying, 40s, was arrested on the morning of December 12, 2014, for telling others facts about Falun Gong. She is held at the Zhongjiang County Detention Center.

11. [Nanyang City, Henan Province] Ms. Nie Aiqin Detained

Ms. Nie Aiqin was arrested on December 3, 2014. She is held in the Nanyang City No. 1 Detention Center.

12. [Laixi City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Detained

Ms. Dong Meiqin and Ms. Zheng Lanmei from Yuanshang Town were arrested at the same time. Both are held in the Laixi Detention Center.

Ms. Li Meiling was arrested on December 13, 2014. She was taken to the Pudong Detention Center.

13. [Nengjiang County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Liu Shifan Detained

Ms. Liu Shifan is held in the detention center of the No. 93 Farm Reclamation Bureau.
