Organ Transplants Routine at the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army
According to medical staff who work in Operating Room 301 at the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army, organ transplants are done almost daily. They are so routine that medical staff no longer regard major organ transplant surgeries as something extraordinary.
However, their superiors often call them for meetings, warning them not to reveal what's done in the hospital to the outside world. It begs the question: Why is it so easy for them to obtain matching organs unless there is a huge organ supply database?
Organ Transplants Were Conducted for Three Consecutive Days at Beijing You'an Hospital
A section head at the Bank of China of Anyang City, Henan Province, had liver transplant surgery in June 2008 at Beijing You'an Hospital.
The hospital performed three organ transplants in three days. His was the first one. The second patient died during the procedure.
The third transplant patient spent a long time recovering in the hospital after getting a new heart. When people asked him where the organ came from, he said it was from an executed prisoner and he got the heart in less than a month. The procedure cost him over one million yuan.
The Minghui website has previously reported that Beijing You'an Hospital has not kept any records of organ donors, not even their names. What is known is that all of them were about 30 to 40 years old. The hospital told its employees that they were all “executed prisoners.” Any information about them or the transplants were state secrets and therefore mustn't be revealed. They have long been lying to transplant patients.
Beijing Anzhen Hospital Schedules Three Heart Transplants
A practitioner's distant relative has a serious heart condition and is currently in Beijing Anzhen Hospital awaiting a heart transplant. He was notified to go to the hospital because a matching organ had been found.
Around December 25, 2013, he was told that the organ was no longer available, so he planned to go back to his hometown. But on January 7, 2014, the hospital told him they had another heart available. It's said that the transplant operation will not be done in Anzhen Hospital but wherever the prisoner is.
Three patients have been notified that they will undergo heart transplants in Guangxi Province, where they will spend over ten days in intensive care after the procedure before returning to Anzhen Hospital for further post-surgery treatment.
The General Hospital of Armed Police in Beijing Transplants a Liver from a Prison in Xinjiang
Zhang Youming, around 40, from Leling, Shandong Province, was diagnosed with liver cancer in 2009. He had a liver transplant at t he General Hospital of Armed Police in Beijing on New Year's day in 2010. The operation cost one million yuan.
He lived for two more years and passed away on New Year's day in 2012. According to sources, the matching organ was found in a prison in Xinjiang and transferred to Beijing by plane.
Zhengzhou People's Hospital Did 40 Kidney Transplants in One Month in 2006
The Kidney Transplant Department of Zhengzhou People's Hospital was very busy around October 2006. It was said that as many as 40 kidney transplants were done there in one month.
One man was responsible for securing the organs. The department was so busy that even the corridor was occupied by patients. Many foreign patients also traveled to the hospital for transplants.
