(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Yang Huizhou from Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province is an honest repair man of home electronics, and recognized as a good man.
Mr. Yang was arrested by officers from the Yucai Street Police Station in Chang'an District on December 29, 2013. Fabricated arrest documents were delivered to the Qiaoxi Police Department.
Mr. Yang is being held in the Shijiazhuang City No. 2 Detention Center.
Prior to the 2014 Chinese New Year, practitioners in Shijiazhuang made New Year calendars that contained information about Falun Gong.
Officers from the 610 Office and police began to monitor some practitioners several months ago. They plotted to arrest and then frame practitioners after they found out that they purchased many calendar holders.
Officers from the Qiaoxi Police Department arrested more than 20 practitioners on November 15, 2013. Qiaoxi District Procuratorate later issued arrest orders to five of them. Mr. Yang and his wife Yan Rujuan were arrested on December 29, 2013. Their family faces many hardships because of their arrests.
Police confiscated Mr. Yang's televisions, monitors and printers on consignment, repair parts, flashlight, MP4, radio, and nearly 30,000 yuan working capital.
This is not Mr. Yang's first arrest. He was arrested and sentenced to seven years in prison in August 2001, as he refused to renounce Falun Gong. He was released in August 2008.
