(Minghui.org) I was very confused at times during the persecution, and didn't know what to do. But after sharing with fellow practitioners, I learned how to negate the old forces and eliminate the persecution. I would like to share some of my experiences, which may be helpful to others.
One time when I went to the countryside to clarify the truth, I was chased by the police, and even though I got away, I left my motorbike behind. A few days later, I got a letter from the police department, telling me to come in. Because I had been detained a number of times previously, I tried to find someone to help me out of the situation, instead of holding strong righteous thoughts to oppose the persecution.
The evil continued to persecute me as a result. The police department extorted 20,000 yuan from me, the court extorted 20,000 yuan, and the Procuratorate extorted 10,000 yuan. In addition, I went through a lot of trouble to find someone to help me out. All in all, I lost over 50,000 yuan. Still, they said I would be given a suspended prison sentence, and it would involve other issues such as writing the three statements, signing documents, etc.
I felt helpless and went to see a fellow practitioner in the countryside. She said that my problem was that I didn't know how to negate the old forces.
Master said,
"…because the Dafa disciples are my disciples, and nobody else is worthy of handling them." ("Teaching the Fa at the Meeting with Asia-Pacific Students")
“Now as practitioners, if in this tribulation you can manage not to acknowledge the old forces' arrangements, then you can make it through.” (“Explaining the Fa During the 2003 Lantern Festival at the U.S. West Fa Conference”)
“But all the same, Master doesn't acknowledge them. And you shouldn't acknowledge them either. Do things well in an upright and dignified way, negate them, and strengthen your righteous thoughts some. 'I'm Li Hongzhi's disciple, I don't want other arrangements or acknowledge them'--then they won't dare to do that. So it can all be resolved. When you can really do that, not just saying it but putting it into action, Master will definitely stand up for you.” (“Explaining the Fa During the 2003 Lantern Festival at the U.S. West Fa Conference”)
I thought, “It's true that as a Dafa disciple, if I fail to walk the path Master has arranged for me, I would be taking the path arranged by the old forces, and I would encounter enormous tribulations. I must walk my path righteously and do away with the old forces' arrangements.”
On my way home, I felt a force rushing towards me, so I said, “My Master said, 'Dafa disciples are my disciples, and nobody else is worthy of handling them.' (from "Teaching the Fa at the Meeting with Asia-Pacific Students") Did you hear me?” I could then feel the force stop. So I repeated, “Did you hear me?” I felt that they were retreating.
After I got home, when I started sending righteous thoughts, I first told the old forces what Master said in teaching the Fa, then I thought, "I'm now eliminating you with righteous thoughts. I don't acknowledge what you are doing to me." I then started sending righteous thoughts. Just then, I saw a round image (I had never seen anything through my celestial eye before) with a dark animal face in the middle. It said, “I won't bother you anymore” and disappeared. Three days later, I got a phone call from the police department, telling me that my case had been closed.
A few police officers later came to my place, regarding an issue involving some other practitioners. My wife (also a practitioner) was home alone and she refused to open the door. They tried to talk her into opening the door for over two hours, but she refused. In the end, the police said, “We'll definitely arrest him.” My wife called me and told me what they said. I was going to work on a night shift that day, and I wanted to take the day off after getting my wife's call.
I called the shift supervisor. He told me that the police department had called, and that I had to go to work that night. Before I went to work, I sent righteous thoughts to negate all the arrangements by the old forces, then went to work in a dignified manner. I kept sending righteous thoughts on the way.
When I arrived, I heard the shift supervisor call someone, saying, “He's here now.” I negated all the old forces' arrangements and continued to send righteous thoughts while sitting in the lounge. I kept negating the old forces' arrangement with the Fa principles.
Throughout the night, the evil kept coming at me and I kept eliminating it. I later heard that several people were coming to arrest me, but they never came. I felt I had truly experienced, “When it looks impossible and is said to be impossible, give it a try and see if it is possible.” ( Zhuan Falun )
I had a dream not long ago in which I heard a voice telling me that I had escaped from a prison, and the police were coming to arrest me. Just then a few police officers came in. They handcuffed one of my hands and tried to pull me out. I woke up at that point. It was midnight, so I sat up and started sending righteous thoughts. My primordial spirit instantly went into another dimension and I saw a few people in black clothing. I said to them, “I'm now Master Li Hongzhi's disciple.” They immediately dropped their heads and looked helpless. My primordial spirit then returned.
We must firmly believe in Master and the Fa. We must learn and know how to use the Fa principles that Master has taught us, to negate all the arrangements made by the old forces.
