(Minghui.org) Despite the risk to their own lives, the practitioners in my hometown have spread information about Falun Dafa far and wide.
After learning the facts, the villagers in this remote mountainous area now understand that Falun Dafa is good. Countless touching stories and miracles were related about chanting “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good, Falun Dafa is good” when encountering misfortune. These villagers bear witness to the magnificent power of Dafa.
Grandson is Saved
One day a grandfather returned from the fields but could not find his young grandson. He frantically searched everywhere. With the help of other villagers he found his grandson's clothing in the well.
A couple of villagers went down into the well and found the boy, who appeared to be dead. The grandfather burst into tears, and the entire village surrounded the boy's lifeless body, sobbing along with the grandfather.
One villager suddenly remembered a story he read on a Falun Dafa pamphlet, about miracles happening when people sincerely recite, “Falun Dafa is good.” So he immediately said, “Why don't we try saying, 'Falun Dafa is good'?”
“Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good, Falun Dafa is good.” The grandfather and villagers chanted together, hoping that the little boy would come back to life.
The boy then woke up! He jumped up, ran to his grandfather, and hugged him tightly.
This was an unforgettable experience for the villagers, and they all agreed, “Falun Dafa is truly amazing!”
Other similar events happened in the little village. One elderly lady fell into the river while doing laundry along the river bank, a father fell from a roof, and a villager fell out of a tree, but all survived because they believed in the power of Falun Dafa.
After witnessing the grace of Dafa, most villagers quit the CCP, and some have now started practicing Falun Dafa.
Husband Comes Out of a Vegetative State
One woman was a village Party secretary. Her husband had been in a vegetative state for many years, and no treatment had helped. Her young daughter was in elementary school, and the lady shouldered great responsibility.
After she read a story about the healing effects of Falun Dafa, the mother and daughter decided to give it a try. Sitting next to the father, they repeated, “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good, Falun Dafa is good.”
His immediate improvement was obvious. He gradually regained some consciousness, then his hearing and vision began returning. He was soon able to move his arms and legs, then he sat up and got off the bed.
After he completely recovered, he became a taxi driver, and later opened a grocery shop which did a very good business.
The wife became a Falun Dafa practitioner.
Freeze the Thieves
Awakened in the middle of the night, a man heard odd noises coming from the sheepfold. He got up and found a hole in the sheepfold, and about twelve of his sheep were gone.
He woke up his family, and they went out to catch the thieves. Near the village entrance, they found the thieves and the sheep, but each thief was holding a weapon.
Since the man and his family were unarmed, they couldn't fight the thieves. Suddenly the man remembered the story of Dafa practitioner freezing the police. He said silently, “Dafa's Master please help me freeze the thieves.” To his surprise, the people indeed froze.
Villagers arrived with ropes and cudgels. They tied the frozen thieves and took them to the police station. The sheep were returned home safe and sound.
Another villager was planning to sell his cow before the new year. One night, two thieves came to his cowshed, each carrying a knife.
When the thieves were about to untie the leash, the man sincerely asked Master for help. As soon as that wish was made, the cattle made a startling call, awakened the villagers, and scared the thieves away. With all of their strength, the thieves pulled on the cow but it just wouldn't move. Very upset, they stabbed at the cow and fled.
The villager sold the cow for a good price. His story amazed many people.
Good is Rewarded
Some villagers helped practitioners distribute flyers, and some spoke up for practitioners even though the persecution continues. They received blessings from Dafa for their good hearts. Some villagers' crops had very good yields, some had improved business, and some people's children were accepted by top universities.
Many villagers, deeply grateful to Master, spread the good news about Falun Dafa to their families. They asked people to quit the communist regime, even if they risked being arrested by authorities. With their great efforts, one hundred thousand people quit the regime in this area.
