(Minghui.org) I work as a mechanical technician. When I was repairing a machine last year, four of my fingers were severed, with blood everywhere. My co-worker tied a tourniquet on my arm to stop the flow of blood, and I was immediately taken to the hospital where they performed surgery.
I was told that I lost over 2000ml of blood. I received a transfusion of 800ml, but I was weak. The surgeon said the operation was successful, the fingers were fully reattached, but he was not sure all of them would be functional, and he wanted me to prepare mentally for the worst.
A friend of mine came to visit me. He gave me an Falun Dafa amulet and told me to recite “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance are good.” I was skeptical but I did it anyway. Then a miracle happened! All of my four fingers were alive and functional. The other patients were all amazed.
After I was discharged from the hospital two months later, I still couldn't bend my fingers. The surgeon told me that their ability to function might be significantly compromised, and asked me to continue physical therapy. Three months later, whatever the result, it would be permanent. The best case scenario would be that I could take care of my basic needs.
I thought: "I am going to be realistic. As long as I can take care of myself, I will be happy."
Three months later, I was able to take care of myself with simple tasks such as eating and dressing myself. But I continued saying “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance are good” and hoped for more improvement.
The miracle continued, and I have completely recovered my fine motor skills. Now I can fix all sorts of machines and even thread a needle.
My story is not finished yet. Recently, I had another accident. A car's rear view mirror caught my clothes and dragged me for several meters. I was in grave pain and my hands and feet were bleeding. I thought “Oh no, my bones are fractured.” I touched my amulet and immediately began saying, “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance are good.”
The driver took me to the hospital, where an X-ray showed no fractures. By then the pain had subsided, and I was fine the next day. It was another miracle!
I am deeply grateful for my friend for telling me these life saving words.
