(Minghui.org) I am seventy-five years old. I used to have numerous severe medical problems, including rheumatoid arthritis and depression. However, the most problematic was the bulging disc that caused sciatica, back, and leg pain, which led to my being paralyzed and bedridden. That was when I was forty-eight years old.
In order to find a treatment, my children took me to various hospitals. I took all sorts of medication and spent a fortune on seeking a cure. I was still paralyzed and lost all hope for living a normal life. My family also lost confidence that I would recover.
My sister visited me after I had been paralyzed for three years. She told me that there were many people learning Falun Gong in her city and that it had miraculous healing effects. She wanted me to go see Master's Fa lecture video.
My brother-in-law came to pick me up with his car several days later. After dinner, my sister and her neighbor carried me to watch Master's Fa lecture. I went out to watch it for three consecutive days.
After the third night I vomited and had diarrhea all night long. My sister was pretty happy for me, “Don't be afraid, it is very good. Master is cleansing your body.” I was not afraid. Even though I was up all night, I felt peaceful.
After breakfast, my sister went to work. I lay on the sofa completely unable to move. When my sister returned for her lunch break, I told her, “I might not be able to watch the video tonight; I cannot move at all.” She replied, “As long as you truly want to learn Dafa, Master will let you go. Do not worry.”
I lay there shaking all over. After my sister came home after work, she saw my shakiness and said, “Don't be afraid, we can go later. I will make dinner, and after that we will go.” I agreed, “Yes, I will go.”
Then she carried me to bed and turned on the electric blanket, thinking that my shakiness was due to being cold, but I was not cold at all.
My sister went to the kitchen to make dinner. Suddenly as if someone flipped a switch, I stopped shaking, and my body felt a comfort that I had not felt for years. I turned over, got up, walked to kitchen and told my sister, “I am fine now!”
My sister was overjoyed! After three years of paralysis, I miraculously walked over to her without help. Our joy was beyond words!
We went to watch the video after dinner, and this time, I went there on my own. I no longer needed someone to carry me!
After watching the nine lectures, I completely recovered. I could not wait to tell my neighbors how wonderful this gong is, so they could learn Falun Dafa also. I asked my brother-in-law to take me home.
My entire family was in shock when I walked into the house, since I had to be carried out to the car just ten days before. It was simply amazing! They were deeply grateful for Master's saving grace.
When the neighbors and other villagers heard the news, they all came to visit me. I told them of the wonder of Dafa. After witnessing the enormous changes in me, many of them also began cultivating Falun Dafa.
