(Minghui.org) My parents are diligent Falun Gong practitioners. Although I am not a practitioner, I have supported and also shared the beauty of Dafa with others. Thus, the Master of Dafa has protected me and saved my life.
I was riding my motorcycle in the afternoon on February 9, 2014, when a car slammed into me. My motorcycle and I were thrown high into the air. The motorcycle landed by the curb intact. I fell on the hood of the car and rolled off onto the road. However, my mind was clear. I checked myself and I was not bleeding or injured. The driver was shocked and confused, and he was shaking.
Three passengers got out of the car and shouted for help. They wanted to carry me to the emergency room. I told them that I was fine, but they still wanted a doctor to see me. A crowd of bystanders quickly gathered around. One person said that two people were severely hit at the same spot just three days before and that I was very lucky. Many suggested that I take advantage of the accident and get a big settlement from the driver. One person said at least 10,000 yuan and another one said 20,000 yuan.
I had survived such a serious accident without injury. It was Master who saved my life. I did not feel that I should ask for money since I was not injured. I did not even want to report it to the police. Instead, I took the opportunity to let people know how wonderful Falun Dafa is.
I spoke up and said, “I am unhurt today because I often have sincerely recited 'Falun Dafa is good' and 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.' Master Li has protected me. He saved my life today. I hope everyone of you sincerely does the same. You will be lucky during hardships and prosperous in business. You also will be healthy.” I heard many say that they would.
When the driver recovered from the shock, he was moved and said, "I am very lucky to have met a good person like you today. I'll pay you 2,000 yuan upfront and also give you my cell number.” I replied, “That won't be necessary! Just remember to be kind and to often recite 'Falun Dafa is good.' You will benefit substantially if you frequently share and recite these lucky words.” The driver and three passengers repeatedly said, “We thank Master Li and Dafa. We also thank you. We'll remember these words forever.”
Through this experience, I believe in Master Li more firmly. I also believe more firmly that Dafa is the true Heavenly Law that is saving sentient beings.
