1. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Seven Practitioners Arrested

Seven practitioners including Ms. Yin Xiangju were arrested and taken to the Fanjianglu Police Station by officers from the Pengzhou City 610 Office, the Domestic Security Division, the city's Special Division, and the Fanjianglu Police Station. The arrests took place at Ms. Yin's home on August 11, 2014, while the practitioners were reading Falun Gong books. The police confiscated the books, a photo of the founder of Falun Gong, informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong, a computer, and an MP3 player. Six of them were released that evening and one was taken to a detention center.

Ms. Lu Congying was arrested by a dozen officers, including the secretary of the Chaoyang Sub-District Political and Legal Affairs Committee and the Chaoyang Sub-District Office, on the morning of August 12, 2014. She is being held at the Laodaohe Brainwashing Center.

Mr. Zhou Jiyao was arrested at home by officers from the Sanjiazi Police Station on August 12, 2014.

5. [Fuxin City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhang Guozhen and Ms. Cui Feng Detained

Ms. Zhang Guozhen and Ms. Cui Feng were arrested in Fumen County on August 11, 2014. They are being held at the Xindi Detention Center.

6. [Foshan City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Li Jinyang Detained

Mr. Li Jinyang was arrested at the railway station in late January 2014, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. He is being held at the Foshan Detention Center in Guangdong.

7. [Xinjin County, Sichuan Province] Practitioner's Families Detained

Two family members of Mr. Lin Jiuliang were arrested and detained at the Dongchang Police Station in Dayi County on the morning of August 11, 2014, when they went there to ask for Mr. Lin's release. They are being held at the Dayi County Detention Center.

9. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Ms. Ji Guozhen Sentenced to Four Years in Prison

Ms. Ji Guozhen was tried for her belief in Falun Gong by Yingze District Court on June 5, 2014. She was sentenced to a four-year prison term on July 30, 2014.

Ms. Zhang Cuicui was arrested by officers from the local police station on August 11, 2014. She is being held at the Yanta Detention Center in Xian City.

11. [Chongqing] Ms. Yu Daxiang Arrested

Ms. Yu Daxiang was arrested by director Tao Zhengyun and other officers from the Xiaba Town Police Station on March 26, 2014. The police ransacked her home and confiscated a photo of the founder of Falun Gong, Falun Gong books, and informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong.

12. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Ms. Liu Li Detained

Ms. Liu Li was arrested by the Zhengzhou City Domestic Security Division on August 7, 2014, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. Her home was ransacked. She is being held at the Zhengzhou City Brainwashing Center.

Ms. Qin Hanmei was arrested at her front door by plainclothes officers on July 22, 2014. The police ransacked her home and confiscated a laptop computer, printer, informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong, and 90,000 yuan in cash. She is being held at the Ankang Hospital in Wuhan City.
