(Minghui.org) As soon as the phone started ringing at the Global Service Center for Quitting the Chinese Communist Party (GSCQCCP), a volunteer picked up the phone. The caller was a lady from China who told the volunteer that her entire family urgently wanted to quit the communist organizations, using their real names.
The lady said, “I've heard many people saying that they've received phone calls from your center. But I've never received a call. I've been looking forward to it for such a long time!” The lady told the volunteer that she went through a lot of trouble finding the center's phone number so she could call. She said her entire family could now finally fulfill their dream of being free from the communist organizations.
The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, published in 2004, triggered a huge tide of people quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the Communist Youth League, and the Young Pioneers. By July 2014, the total number of people who had withdrawn from these organizations reached 172 million. Falun Gong practitioners have been volunteering to help the Chinese people make their withdrawals.

A Chinese military school student answered a call from a GSCQCCP volunteer one day. He immediately agreed to quit the CCP. He anxiously told the volunteer that there were five other people in his family, and he asked him to call back in a few days so that he could help others in his family quit these organizations.
One couple was delighted when the GSCQCCP volunteer phoned them. They said they had received recorded messages from the GCQCCP before. The lady told her husband, “Falun Dafa is great!” Both of them decided to quit the CCP and the Youth League.
Another man who answered the phone said that he had already chosen a nickname for himself. He not only quit the communist organizations, but also passed the phone to two women sitting next to him. Since the women hadn't joined these organizations, there was no need to quit. But one of the women said, “We would also like to do something to ensure our safety.” The volunteer told them they would be blessed if they could remember that “Falun Dafa is great!” They were very happy to hear it and said they would remember.
While he was talking with a man in China, one volunteer spoke too quickly, and the man misunderstood. He thought the volunteer was trying to persuade him to join the CCP. He replied, “Absolutely not!” After realizing the purpose of the call was to quit the communist organizations, he quickly agreed to quit the Youth League, and thanked the volunteer repeatedly.
Another man who answered a call said he knew the evil nature of the CCP very well, and that the “self-immolation on Tiananmen Square” was a staged fabrication. His company leader often gave him warnings for complaining about the CCP. During the entire conversation, he kept talking about the CCP's corruption and wicked behavior, and expressing his long-suffocated resent toward the CCP. The volunteer helped him quit the communist organizations, which was the best way to help him. The man said repeatedly, “Thank you so much, sister! I finally got to talk to someone who understands!”
Volunteers at the service center also took the opportunity to clarify misunderstandings about Falun Gong, because the Chinese people had been influenced by the CCP's slandering propaganda. Most people were surprised and happy to hear the true story of Falun Gong and the wide recognition Falun Gong has enjoyed around the world.
A volunteer once called a middle-school teacher who had reportedly slandered Falun Dafa in her class. The teacher refused to listen at first, saying she simply taught materials in the book. The volunteer didn't give up. She called again and told the teacher about the persecution of Falun Gong, and the CCP's organ harvesting from living practitioners. She explained why Falun Gong practitioners risk their lives every day to clarify the facts to people, and told her that the criminals are now being punished. After listening quietly for 15 minutes, the teacher understood and chose to quit the CCP using her real name. She sincerely thanked the volunteer for explaining everything. This time her voice was kind and gentle, and the volunteer was touched.
There are many kind-hearted Chinese people like this teacher, who have been deceived by the CCP, and hate Falun Gong. It is the ongoing mission of the service center to expose the evil nature of the CCP, awaken people's conscience, and to spread the truth of Falun Gong where people need it the most.
