(Minghui.org) About 10,000 spectators attended the recent parade at Gangshan District in Kaohsiung, Taiwan on October 24. Led by the Falun Gong group's Divine Land Marching Band, this parade comprised of 78 groups and is part of an annual festival that took place October 24 and 25.
In addition to the marching band, Falun Gong practitioners also presented a waist drum performance and an exercise demonstration.

Mr. Dai, organizer of the event, said he admires Falun Gong practitioners' determination in becoming better citizens through the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. “We are pleased to have Falun Gong practitioners at this event. They bring positive changes to our community.”
Lin Ching-yi, chief officer of Gangshan District, and a long time human rights advocate, said, “I am impressed by the Divine Land Marching Band. I would like to thank Falun Gong practitioners because their participation makes our event more special and memorable.”

Two students from a nearby university were happy to receive pamphlets from a practitioner. “I heard that the Communist Party suppresses Falun Gong in China. Let's take a look at what's going on,” one student said.
“Look at the performance of the marching band—it's really awesome. I will take more information for my friends,” replied the other student.
Many passersby noted the health benefits of Falun Gong and asked where they could learn the exercises.
