According to this report, 8 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, at least 19 were illegally arrested, and 3 were arrested for suing Jiang Zemin.

Ms. Song Yizhen, Chengqu, Yiyuan County, was arrested by officers from the Yiyuan County 610 Office and the Domestic Security Division on September 16, 2015.

Ms. Xiong Chuanzhen and Mr. Li Mingfu, Zhongzhuang Town, Yiyuan County,were arrested by officers from the county 610 Office, the Domestic Security Division, and the Zhongzhuang Town Police Station on September 17, 2015

2. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yu Xiulian Arrested

Ms. Yu Xiulian, Zhifu District, was arrested by officers from the local domestic security division and police station on August 26, 2015. Her home was ransacked. Ms. Yu escaped that afternoon and became displaced.

3. [Beijing] Ms. Zhang Yuxiang Detained

Officers from the Chaoyang Police Department and local police station broke into Ms. Zhang Yuxiang's home and arrested her on August 26, 2015. Ms. Zhang is held in the Chaoyang Detention Center.

4. [Hulunbuir, City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Ms. Lei Xiuxiang and Ms. Ao Qingrong Arrested for Suing Jiang Zemin

Officers from the Oroqen Autonomous Banner Police Department and the Domestic Security Division arrested Ms. Lei Xiuxiang on September 16, 2015 for filing a lawsuit against Jiang Zemin. The officers ransacked her home. She was held in the Zhongyangjie Police Station in Dayangshu Town.

Ms. Ao Qingrong was arrested on September 17, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. She is held in the Oroqen Autonomous Banner Detention Center.

5. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Yin Weiwang Taken to Brainwashing Center

Mr. Yin Weiwang, Chalukou Town, Dehui City, was arrested by officers from the Dehui City Police Department in early September 2015. He was held in the Dehui City Detention Center for 15 days and transferred to the Dehui City Brainwashing Center on September 18.

6. [Anqing City, Anhui Province] Mr. Yang Xiangrong Detained

Officers from the Daguan District Police Department and the Yulinlu Police Station broke into Mr. Yang Xiangrong's home and arrested him on September 18, 2015. He is held in the Anqing City Detention Center.

Tian Jiangtao, head, and officers from the Xiangtan City Domestic Security Division broke into Ms. Yan Bilian's home and ransacked it on September 22, 2015. They confiscated Falun Gong books, Falun Gong informational materials, and DVDs. Ms. Yan, 76, was arrested.

8. [Xinyang City, Henan Province] Ms. Ding Zefang Arrested

Ms. Ding Zefang, Jiangji Township, Huangchuan County, was arrested by officers from the local Domestic Security Division and police station on September 21, 2015.

9. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Lan Detained for Suing Jiang Zemin

Ms. Li Lan, Linzi District, was arrested for suing Jiang Zemin by officers from the Linzi District Domestic Security Division on September 10, 2015. She is held in a detention center.

10. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Xuan Enfeng Arrested

Ms. Xuan Enfeng, Xiliang Village, Xinzhuang Town, Zhaoyuan City, was arrested by two police officers for telling people about Falun Gong at a farmers market, Xingcheng, Laizhou City on September 22, 2015.

11. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Zhao Qiang and Ms. Zhou Yuhua Detained

Mr. Zhao Qiang and Ms. Zhou Yuhua, Tongji Town, Pengzhou City, were arrested by officers from the Pengzhou City Police Department and the Ya'an City Police Department on September 8, 2015. Both practitioners are held in the Duoying Detention Center in Yucheng District, Ya'an City.

12. [Yanjin County, Henan Province] Ms. Lou Heying Detained

Ms. Lou Heying, Wenyan Village, Chengguan Town, Yanjin County, Xinxiang City, was arrested at home by officers from the Domestic Security Division and the Chengguan Town Police Station on September 15, 2015. Her home was ransacked. She is held in a detention center.

13. [Feng County, Jiangsu Province] Six Practitioners Sentenced to Prison

The Feng County Court sentenced Ms. Sun Meiyang to eight years, Ms. Si Xiuli to seven years, Ms. Guo Yanhua to five years, Mr. Li Xinrong to five years, Ms. Jiang Qun to four and a half years, and Ms. Liu Qiaozhen to four years in prison. All six practitioners are held in the Nantong Women's Prison.

14. [Feng County, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Li Yongjun and Mr. Ding Baoliang Sentenced to Prison

The Feng County Court sentenced Mr. Li Yongjun to five years and Mr. Ding Baoliang to three and a half years in prison around September 10, 2015. Both practitioners are held in the Hongzehu Prison in Sihong County.

15. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Zhang Shenyou, his wife Ms. Pan Hongli, Mr. Zhang Pan, who is employed by the couple, and Mr. Jiang Yubao were arrested by officers from the Wuhan City Domestic Security Division and the local police station on September 18, 2015. They were taken to the Cangbu Street Police Station.

Mr. Zhang Shenyou was released early that evening because of high blood pressure. Ms. Pan and Mr. Jiang were taken to the Yangyuan Brainwashing Center.
