(Minghui.org) My life was filled with suffering from many chronic ailments. I suffered from back pain, rhinitis, mastitis, and kidney disease, and I had lost the ability to take care of myself.
The worst problem was my kidneys, which had stopped functioning properly. The left was constantly inflamed, and the right was going necrotic.
I was in critical condition and was operated on in Jinan City in 2003. It cost more than 30,000 yuan for several days of treatment, a huge financial hardship for my poor family. I did not want to burden my children and asked to leave the hospital.
My children disagreed with my decision and took me to a hospital in Qingdao City for further treatment. After about a week, a young man said to me, “ Ma'am, you'd better go. They can't cure you here. Another elderly lady has been here for six years.”
Thinking about what he said and how it cost over 1,000 yuan a day for me to be there, I decided to abandon treatment and go home. My family then took me to the county hospital.
One day a young man was reading a Falun Gong flyer in the ward. He then handed it to me. I read it several times and thought, "Only Falun Gong can save me!"
I found the Falun Gong book and started to do the exercises and read the book day and night.
I left the hospital several days later, determined to learn Falun Gong wholeheartedly. I was convinced that only Falun Gong could save me. In less than three months, I recovered. My husband was thrilled and kept saying it was a miracle.
Many patients in the neighboring villages asked how I recovered. I told them it was Falun Gong had given me a new lease on life.
I am now 71 years old and have practiced Falun Gong for 11 years. I am strong and healthy and able to do farm work and housework. I sincerely thank Teacher for his merciful salvation.
