(Minghui.org) Mr. Gong Hai'ou was recently tried at Jianhua District Court.

He was charged with sending information about the persecution of Falun Gong via a broken wireless computer, which the police confiscated. Using a micro base station does not violate existing Chinese law.

The police was ordered by the head of the 610 Office to fix the wireless computer and sent a lot of messages. These became the evidence used against Mr. Gong.

The court did not notify Mr. Gong's family about the trial.

Mr. Gong was arrested while on a business trip to Yakeshi City, Inner Mongolia, on April 3, 2014, by local domestic security police. Mr. Gong was taken back to Qiqihar and is held at the Qiqihar Detention Center.

Mr. Gong was released two years ago, after he was imprisoned for 10 years for practicing Falun Gong.
