(Minghui.org) A consulting firm based in central Sydney, Australia, invited a few practitioners to teach the Falun Gong exercises to their employees.
The consulting firm assists clients in the private and public sector in several countries with critical infrastructure projects. The firm wanted to offer Falun Gong exercise instruction as part of a health initiative that aims to improve the well-being of its staff.

The class, which ran the duration of the lunch break, gave participants a chance to learn about the health benefits of Falun Gong firsthand. They learned two of five exercises including “Buddha Showing a Thousand Hands” and the tranquil sitting meditation called “Strengthening Divine Powers.” In the next session, attendees will be taught the other three exercises.
“It was a chance to relax and practice some techniques to help physically, spiritually and mentally,” said Roxanne Coco, who was among those who tried Falun Gong for the first time. She said that she found the practice to be a great way to stop and separate herself from the everyday problems she faced. She went on to say she would definitely recommend it to other personnel, as the practice “gives you a chance to re-connect with yourself.”
Alexander, a local practitioner originally from Norway who helped with the class, said that the exercises are a truly unique and highly effective way to improve health and energy levels. He described the participants as enthusiastic and eager to learn more after the class.
There are over 20 practice sites in Sydney's numerous parks, including near tourist attractions like the city’s famous Darling Harbour; an inner city waterfront precinct.
Local practitioners regularly teach Falun Gong in schools, universities and corporate settings. Always taught free of charge, anyone is welcome to learn Falun Gong. To find a practice site near you, visit FalunDafa.org.
