Mr. Guo Dianmin from the Lishan District was arrested by officers from the Lishan Police Department on July 2, 2015. He is being held in the Anshan City No. 1 Detention Center.

3. [Changle County, Shandong Province] Mr. Li Maosheng Held in Jinan Prison

Mr. Li Maosheng from Lijiazhuang Village, Tangwu Town, was arrested by officers from the Liushan Police Station in March 2011. He was later sentenced by the Changle County Court to seven years in prison. He has been held in Jinan Prison.

4. [Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province] Mr. Zhang Wenli Detained

Mr. Zhang Wenli was arrested by Liupanshui City Police Department officers for distributing Falun Gong (also known as Falun Dafa) informational materials on the afternoon of the July 4, 2015. He is being held in the Dayakou Detention Center.

5. [Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province] Mr. Wang Liqun and His Family and Relatives Arrested

Mr. Wang Liqun from Yima Town, Qingyang City, Gansu Province was arrested when visiting his daughter Ms. Wang Rui in Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, on July 4, 2015. His home was ransacked the following afternoon in Yima Town, when his wife Ms. Duan Xiaoyan was arrested. Mr. Wang was transferred from Xi'an to Qingyang.

His third younger brother and the wives of his third and fourth younger brothers were all arrested and taken to the Yima Town Police Station.

Nine practitioners from Sidaowanzi, Aohan Banner, were arrested and taken to the Sidaowanzi Police Station on the morning of July 2, 2015. They are: Ms. Ren Changfen, Mr. Yu Zhanxiang, Ms. Qi Yuying, Ms. Sheng Xiuhuan, Ms. Wang Zhi, Ms. Yan Qingzhi, Mr. Jing Furong, Ms. Liu Yanzhi, and Ms. Li Fengqin.

Ms. Yan, Mr. Jing, Ms. Liu and Ms. Li were released that night. The other five practitioners were taken to the Aohan Banner Detention Center.

Ms. Quan Guiyun and Ms. Ji Zhenxia from Qilihe Town, Yi County, were arrested by officers from the Bajiaotai Power Plant Police Station on July 6, 2015. Both practitioners were taken to the Jinzhou City Detention Center for 10 days of detention.

17. [Haikou City, Hainan Province] Mr. Chen Chenglian Taken to Brainwashing Center

Mr. Chen Chenglian was arrested at work on July 7, 2015. His home was ransacked. He was taken to the Haikou City Brainwashing Center.

18. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Hu Xiurong Arrested

Ms. Hu Xiurong from the Changtaixiang Area was arrested by officers from the Domestic Security Division and the Bayilu Police Station on June 11, 2015. The officers confiscated two computers, one typewriter, one DVD burner, Falun Dafa books, and Falun Gong lecture audiotapes. Ms. Hu was taken to the detention center that night. The detention center refused to admit her due to her poor health. She was released.

19. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Lin Zhaoqiong, Ms. Lin Hua, and Mr. Duan Yongkang went to the Dawan Town Post Office in Qingbaijiang District to mail their lawsuits against Jiang Zemin on the afternoon of July 6, 2015. The three practitioners were arrested by officers from the Dawan Town Police Station.
