According to this report, 12 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 45 were illegally arrested. Several practitioners seeking to mail letters of complaint regarding Jiang Zemin to the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Supreme Court have met with obstacles.

3. [Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Peng Jianpu Imprisoned

Mr. Peng Jianpu, 65, was arrested by officers from Muling City 610 Office and Domestic Security Division on June 21, 2014. He was later sentenced to a three-and-a-half year prison term. He is now in Hulan Prison.

4. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Seven Practitioners Detained

Mr. Jing Fengwei, Ms. Zhang Xiaoming, Mr. Sun Zhihua, Ms. Dou Yufen, Ms. Song Jingxia, Ms. Li Guiling, and Ms. Wang Yuying were arrested and detained by officers from Gongzhuling City Domestic Security Division on August 7, 2015, for talking to officers from that division about the persecution of Falun Gong.

Ms. Yang Xiuying, arrested on August 7, 2015, was detained at Shuangyashan Detention Center for 15 days.

Ms. Ba Dianfang was arrested by officers from Xiangyang Police Station on July 27, 2015. She is detained at Shuangyashan City Detention Center.

Ms. Cui Sukun and Mr. Zhao Erduan were arrested by officers from the Dongjiao Police Station on August 6, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. They are being held in Nanhuochang Detention Center.

9. [Tonghe County, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Mu Zhaojun Detained

Mr. Mu Zhaojun was arrested by Zhang Shiguo and other officers from Tonghe County Domestic Security Division and Qinghe Town Police Station on August 6, 2015. Mr. Mu was detained at Tonghe County Detention Center for 15 days.

10. [Tianjin] Ms. Li Hongyu Detained

Ms. Li Hongyu was arrested by Meichang Town Police Station officers on June 7, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police confiscated a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, Falun Gong books, and a music box for doing the Falun Gong exercises. Ms. Li was detained in Wuqing Detention Center for 10 days and then transferred to Caozhuangzi Detention Center for 5 days. She was released on June 22, 2015.

Ms. Li was arrested again by officers from Meichang Town Police Station on July 21, 2015. The police ransacked her home. She was released the next day.

11. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Ma Ying Arrested

Ms. Ma Ying was arrested on August 6, 2015. The police confiscated computers, Falun Gong books, a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, cell phones, and other personal items.

12. [Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Shao Guilan and Ms. Wang Liyun Detained

Ms. Shao Guilan and Ms. Wang Liyun were arrested at home by officers from the Baoqing County Domestic Security Division and Zhendong Police Station on August 7, 2015. They were taken to Zhendong Police Station and then to the Baoqing Detention Center.

Ms. Liu Li was arrested by officers from Minzhu Police Station on July 21, 2015. She was detained for 15 days and then subjected to criminal detention.

Officers from the Loudi City 610 Office and Lengshuijiang City 610 Office went to Ms. Duan Ying’s home on August 8, 2015. They took her to a brainwashing session.

15. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Li Runhua Detained

Mr. Li Runhua was arrested by Shiren Town Police Station officers on June 29, 2015, for posting stickers with the message, “Falun Dafa Is Good.” He was detained at Harbin City Detention Center for 15 days and then transferred to Hulan Detention Center, where he is remains.

Ms. Song Guixiang and Ms. Xu Guiming, both 59, were arrested by officers from the Chengqu Police Station in the Dantuxin District on July 26, 2015, for posting stickers with messages about suing Jiang. They were detained for seven days and released on August 3, 2015.

Ms. Sun Xiucheng was arrested at home by officers from the Shihuiyao Police Station on August 7, 2015, for mailing criminal complaints against Jiang Zemin, the former head of the CCP. She was detained for five days.

Ms. Fang Ming was arrested at home by officers from the Guangming Police Station on July 26, 2015. She was interrogated and forced to sign and put her fingerprints on the interrogation record. She was then released.

23. [Beijing] Mr. Zhang Yi and Five Family Members Arrested

Mr. Zhang Yi and his wife Ms. Liu Yuxiang were arrested at home by officers from the Chengguan Police Station in Fangshan District on August 7, 2015. The police ransacked their home and confiscated computers, printers, a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, informational brochures, and other personal items. The police beat Ms. Liu and injured her abdomen.

Mr. Zhang's son and daughter-law (Zhang Liming and Liang Haichao) and Mr. Zhang’s daughter and son-in-law (Zhang Chunyan and Li Huixin) were also arrested for trying to stop the police from persecuting Mr. Zhang and Ms. Liu. Mr. Zhang Liming was later released and the others were taken to a detention center.

24. [Shanghai] Ms. Gong Naifang and Ms. Chen Xiangnu Persecuted

Ms. Gong Naifang and Ms. Chen Xiangnu, were each sentenced to a three-year prison term on October 21, 2014. They were incarcerated in Nanhui Prison. Due to the abuse, Ms. Gong developed tuberculosis and Ms. Chen became blind in one eye and developed severe diabetes and high blood pressure. The prison still refused to release them.

Mr. Zhang Wenlong and his wife Xu Qiulan, Ms. Liu, and Ms. Wang Xiuli were arrested at Mr. Zhang’s home by officers from the Gongyuan Police Station on August 6, 2015. The police confiscated Falun Gong books, a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, computers, printers, and other personal items. Ms. Liu and Ms. Wang were released, and Mr. Zhang and Ms. Xu are detained at Fujia Detention Center.

Mr. Wang Silong and Mr. Zhu Xiaoheng, arrested on February 26, 2014, were sentenced to three-year prison terms in May 2015. Both practitioners were taken to Hongdu Prison on July 24, 2015.

Ms. Xia Juxiang and her husband were arrested at the Chengdu Railway Station by railway station police on August 6, 2015. Their whereabouts are unknown.

Mr. Wen Chunfu and Ms. Luo Baixiu were arrested by officers from the Weishan County Police Station on August 6, 2015, for distributing Shen Yun Performing Arts DVDs and talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.

Ms. Dai Ping was arrested at home by officers from Wangjia Police Station on August 7, 2015. She was detained in Jinzhou City Detention Center for 10 days.

Ms. Gao Shujuan was arrested at home by officers from the Fuan Police Station on August 7, 2015. The police also arrested Ms. Liu Shujuan the same day. Both were taken to that police station. Ms. Gao was later released after she failed the physical exam. Ms. Liu is detained at Nanjiao Detention Center.
