Ms. Li Guangzhen and Ms. Wu Guizhi were arrested in Yangjiachang Town by local officers on August 11, 2015. Ms. Li was released. Ms. Wu was detained in Gongan County Detention Center for 15 days.

Ms. Tian Changying, arrested at home in mid-July 2015, is detained in Tongzhou Detention Center.

13. [Chaoyang County, Liaoning Province] Mr. Xing Guoxue Detained

Mr. Xing Guoxue's home was ransacked by officers from Damiao Police Station on August 11, 2015. They confiscated Falun Gong books, an informational weekly publication about the persecution of Falun Gong, and other personal items. When Mr. Xing went to that police station the next day asked for the return his Falun Gong books, he was taken to the Chaoyang County Police Department and detained.

14. [Jiutai City, Jilin Province] Several Practitioners Arrested

Several practitioners, including Ms. Zhang Shuwen, Ms. Bi Lan, and Ms. Fu Guifang, were arrested by officers from Karen Town Police Station on August 12, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Four were later released. Ms. Zhang, Ms. Bi, and Ms. Fu were detained in Majiagangzi Detention Center for ten days.

Ms. Tang Lijuan, 66, was recently arrested for putting up stickers with information about Falun Gong on them.

Ms. Wang Congxiang, Ms. Wang Guangli, and Ms. Chen Yuru were arrested by officers from the Tangchang Town Comprehensive Office and Police Station on July 21, 2015, for mailing criminal complaints against Jiang Zemin.

23. [Qishan County, Shaanxi Province] Mr. Cao Luxia and Ms. Zhu Guaifang Arrested

Mr. Cao Luxia and Ms. Zhu Guaifang were arrested by officers from the Fengxiang County Police Station on August 10, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Mr. Cao was released that evening due to health problems. Mr. Zhu was taken to the Baoji Detention Center.

Fourteen practitioners were arrested on August 10, 2015. Mr. Qian Zhikui, Ms. Zhang Chunhua, and Ms. Ma Guiqin were recently arrested. Ms. Zhang and Ms. Ma are now in Yichun Detention Center, and Mr. Qian is in Xilin Detention Center.
