According to this report, 4 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 18 were illegally arrested. Several practitioners seeking to mail letters of complaint regarding Jiang Zemin to the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Supreme Court have met with obstacles.

1. [Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Jinghong and Ms. Li Ruihuan Persecuted

Ms. Wang Jinghong and Ms. Li Ruihuan, detained at No. 11 Ward of Heilongjiang Province Women's Prison, were locked in solitary confinement for refusing to do forced labor.

2. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Mr. Wang Youjiang Hospitalized due to Persecution

Mr. Wang Youjiang’s family learned on August 2, 2015, that he had a brain hemorrhage and passed out in Lanzhou Prison. Mr. Wang is hospitalized in Lanzhou Prison Hospital.

3. [Changtu County, Liaoning Province] Mr. Zhou Wei Detained

Mr. Zhou Wei was arrested by officers from the local police station on August 18, 2015. The arrest was led by Li Changchun, director of the Shuiquan Village Security Office. Mr. Zhou is detained at Changtu County Detention Center.

4. [Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province] Whereabouts of Ms. Tang Manxiang and Ms. Xia Mingzhu Unknown

Ms. Tang Manxiang and Ms. Xia Mingzhu were recently arrested for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Their whereabouts are unknown.

5. [Guangling County, Shanxi Province] Ms. Xu Guiyuan and Ms. Song Haiye Arrested

Ms. Xu Guiyuan and Ms. Song Haiye were arrested on August 14, 2015, for filing criminal complaints against Jiang Zemin, the former head of the CCP.

6. [Macheng City, Hubei Province] Mr. Zhou Xiancheng Sentenced

Mr. Zhou Xiancheng, 75, was arrested by officers from Pantang Police Station on March 5, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. He was sentenced to a three-year prison term by Xinzhou Court on July 20.

7. [Beijing] Ms. Zhang Yanhua Detained

Ms. Zhang Yanhua was arrested on August 8, 2015, and her home was ransacked by officers from the Yanqing County Domestic Security Division and the Jiuxian Police Station, for mailing criminal complaints against the CCP’s dictator Jiang Zemin. She is detained at Jiuxian Police Station.

8. [Zhoukou City, Henan Province] Mr. Xiong Guojie Arrested

Mr. Xiong Guojie was arrested on August 13, 2015, for her use of the Internet at home. The arrest was conducted by officers including Cheng Weifeng from the Huaiyang County Domestic Security Division, and Beiguan Police Station.

9. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Fu Fazhi Arrested

Ms. Fu Fazhi was arrested by officers from the Chengxi Police Station on August 18, 2015, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong.

10. [Huaihua City, Hunan Province] Mr. Mao Changwang Arrested

Mr. Mao Changwang was arrested at home by officers from the Chenxi County 610 Office and Domestic Security Division on August 18, 2015.

11. [Chengde County, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Hongxin Arrested

Ms. Li Hongxin was arrested at home by officers from the Chengde County Police Department on August 17, 2015.

12. [Luzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Wen Zhongxiu Arrested

Ms. Wen Zhongxiu was arrested on August 17, 2015, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police also confiscated Falun Gong books.

13. [Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Tang Manxiang and Ms. Xia Mingjin Arrested

Ms. Tang Manxiang, 62, and Ms. Xia Mingjin, 50, were arrested by officers from Erqibeilu No. 2 Detention Center in Nanchang City.

14. [Ningde City, Fujian Province] Five Practitioners Arrested

Five practitioners were arrested and their homes were ransacked on August 11, 2015. The arrested practitioners were Ms. Guo Ruizhu, Ms. Guo Yihua, Ms. Pan Jinrong, Ms. Xiao Liying, and Ms. Zheng Tuanong. Ms. Guo Ruizhu is still detained and the four others were released.

15. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] Nine Falun Gong Practitioners Detained for Over One Year

Ms. Li Li, Ms. Kang Lanying, Mr. Xu Kai, Ms. Cao Yanxiang, Mr. Hou Dongliang, Mr. Chang Shouxuan, and Ms. Zhao Junru were arrested on August 17, 2014, when they held an experience sharing meeting. They have been detained for more than one year. Their lawyers are applying for bail.
