China Expert: Lawsuits Help People See Righteousness and Evil

Dr. Ling Xiaohui, a China expert, said during his speech that bringing Jiang to trial was a matter concerning essential morality standards of righteousness and evil, and concerns our future. Dr. Ling quoted the definition of Crimes Against Humanity in the Rome Statute of International Criminal Court, and said Jiang's crimes against Falun Gong fit this definition.

Dr. Ling also stated the great significance of bringing Jiang to a public trial. It included revealing the true story behind this persecution, exposing the organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners, and relieving the Chinese people from the deception of the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) propaganda.

Professor: Persecutors of Righteous Faith Doomed

Li Yuanhua, a former professor from Capital Normal University in Beijing, pointed out during his speech that persecutors of righteous faith were doomed, using examples of emperors in Chinese and world history. He said that many people were being encouraged by Falun Gong practitioners' global lawsuits against Jiang. More and more are joining this magnificent force to bring the criminal to justice. City Councilor: Wishing Lawsuits Against Jiang Great Success

Parramatta City Councilor John Hugh said that safeguarding the law was the duty and responsibility of everyone in Western society. It's perfectly normal for someone in a Western country to sue a government head. In Taiwan, right across the strait from mainland China, former president Chen Shui-bian had been brought to trial for corruption. So had been many former high-ranking CCP officials in China. Mr. Hugh said he had recently received a message from his friend, who told him she had become one of the plaintiffs against Jiang. He admired her courage.

Mr. Hugh ended by wishing the lawsuits against Jiang great success.

Writer from Shanghai: Justice Will Win—Jiang Will Be Put on Trial

Mr. Qin Jin, writer and expert on Asian Studies, said during his speech that the CCP had committed more wicked crimes than Hitler. Bringing Jiang to justice has great significance in history.

Ms. Sun Baoqiang, a writer from Shanghai, wrote a poem on the wave of lawsuits against Jiang. She commented that justice would eventually win, and Jiang would be put in trial.
