Plainclothes officers from the Guanyue Police Station arrested Mr. Zhao Jiancai at home on August 27, 2015. He is now in the Yilan County Detention Center

Mr. Wei Chunfu from Bingmaying Village, Bulaotun Town, Miyun County, was arrested on August 22, 2015, by officers from the Gaoling Police Station, for posting Falun Gong informational materials in Gaoling Village, Gaoling Town, Miyun County.

3. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Yufen Detained

Ms. Wang Yufen from the Acheng District was arrested by officers from the Huining Police Station in the Acheng District on August 16, 2015, for distributing Falun Gong informational materials. She is being held in the Harbin City No. 2 Detention Center.

4. [Guan County, Hebei Province] Ms. Chen Xiuying and Her Husband Arrested

Officers from the Niutuo Town Police Station arrested Ms. Chen Xiuying and her non-practitioner husband at their home in Nanwangqiying Village on the afternoon of August 27, 2015.

5. [Maoming City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Zhou Daqiong Arrested

Ms. Zhou Daqiong from Gaozhou City was arrested at home by officers from the Gaozhou City 610 Office on August 26, 2015. The officers were carrying out orders from the Maoming City 610 Office. Ms. Zhou's whereabouts are not known.

6. [Beijing] Ms. Zhang Mintao Sentenced to Three and a Half Years in Prison

The Jiaojiang District Court in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province sentenced Ms. Zhang Mintao from Beijing to three and a half years in prison on August 21, 2015. Ms. Zhang decided to appeal through her lawyer.

8. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Several Practitioners Arrested for Suing Jiang Zemin

Officers from the Songjiang Town Police Station in Jiaohe City arrested Ms. Zhou Jin'e, Ms. Wu Dexiu, and other practitioners on August 27, 2015, after they mailed lawsuits against Jiang Zemin.

9. [Jiaohe City, Jilin Province] Several Practitioners Arrested

Officers from the Minzhu Street Police Station arrested Ms. Wang Junjie and confiscated two computers, a printer, and other items.

Mr. Liu Juntang, Ms. Lu Runfeng, Ms. He Yushi, Ms. Pan Ying, Mr. Wang Kemin, and Mr. Wang's wife were also arrested that day.

10. [Huanggang City, Hubei Province] Mr. Wang Jiansheng Detained

Mr. Wang Jiansheng, in his sixties, a retired director from the Huanggang Post Office Health Center, was arrested by plainclothes officers for distributing Falun Gong informational materials and telling people about Falun Gong on August 26, 2015. He is being held in the Huanggang Detention Center.

11. [Changting County, Fujian Province] Ms. Liu Yanmei and Ms. Dai Sanlian Detained

Ms. Liu Yanmei and Ms. Dai Sanlian went to Yanggu Township to tell people about Falun Gong on August 10, 2015. They were arrested by officers from the Yanggu Township Police Station. Ms. Liu was beaten, and her car was confiscated. Both practitioners are being held in the Changting County Detention Center.

12. [Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Jiang Guangfu Arrested

Mr. Jiang Guangfu from Dalongtan Township in the Renhe District was arrested for telling people about Falun Gong in the township government building on August 18, 2015. He is now in the Wanyaoshu Detention Center.

13. [Zaoqiang County, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Sentenced to Prison

Mr. Zhang Hongguo was recently sentenced to four years in prison, and his wife Ms. Zhang Xizhen to seven years in prison. Ms. Liu Bingbing, 19, from Jing County was sentenced to three years in prison. All three practitioners have appealed.

14. [Benxi City, Liaoning Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Gao Xin, Mr. Wan Jinlun, Mr. Gao Linzhong, and Ms. Li Zhenzhi were arrested by officers from the Baiqing Police Station in Shenyang City on the afternoon of July 17, 2015, when they were hanging banners and small speakers to broadcast information about Falun Gong, along the streets. Mr. Gao Xin managed to escape.

Officers from the Sujiatun Domestic Security Division and the Baiqing Police Station arrested Mr. Gao Xin when he returned to work on August 5, 2015.

Mr. Gao Xin, Mr. Wan Jinlun, and Mr. Gao Linzhong are being held in the Sujiatun Detention Center in Shenyang City.
