20. [Jiaohe City, Jilin Province] Mr. Wang Junjie Sentenced to Three and a Half Years in Prison

Mr. Wang Junjie was arrested on August 27, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. His home was ransacked. After being held in the Jilin City Detention Center for three and a half months Mr. Wang was sentenced to three and a half years in prison in the Jiaohe City Court on December 14, 2015.

21. [Beipiao City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Guihua Detained

Ms. Liu Guihua from Xiguan Village in Xiguan Town was arrested by officer Zhu Shengyuan from the Dongguan Police Station when she was handing out desk calendars with Falun Gong information on December 17, 2015. She was taken to the Xidayingzi Detention Center in Chaoyang City for 15 days of detention.

22. [Ziyang City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhang Lianying Arrested

Ms. Zhang Lianying, in her 50s, who is retired from the CSR Ziyang Locomotive Co., Ltd, was arrested by plainclothes officers for telling people about Falun Gong around 7 p.m. on December 18, 2015. State security officers ransacked her home at 11 p.m. that night.

23. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Ms. Qi Lijun Taken to Brainwashing Center

Ms. Qi Lijun taken to Gongjiawan Brainwashing Center.

24. [Beijing] Mr. Sun Zhiyuan and Ms. Cao Jinfeng Detained

Mr. Sun Zhiyuan and Ms. Cao Jinfeng from the Tongzhou District were arrested by officers from the Mizidian Police Station in Huoxian Town on the evening of November 24, 2015. Both were taken to the police station for interrogation about the lawsuits they filed against Jiang Zemin. They were taken to the Taihu Detention Center in Tongzhou District the following day.

25. [Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Mr. Wang Guoliang Officially Placed Under Arrest

Mr. Wang Guoliang was reported to the police and arrested for distributing Shen Yun DVDs on November 1, 2015. He was held in the Linhe Lockup. His home was ransacked on November 2, 2015, after he sued Jiang Zemin. He was transferred to a detention center on November 16, 2015, and officially placed under arrest on November 27, 2015.

26. [Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Cuiling Detained

Mr. Liu Cuiling was transferred from a lockup to a detention center on December 2, 2015, for extended custody.

27. [Tianjin] Ms. Li Shunfen and Mr. Zhang Guixi Arrested

Ms. Li Shunfen, 73, and Mr. Zhang Guixi, 73, both from Bohaishiyou New Village in Binhai New Area, were reported to the police when they were talking to people about Falun Gong. They were arrested by officers from the No. 1 Police Station in Dongjiang Port. The officers ransacked their homes that afternoon. Both practitioners have returned home.

28. [Shandan County, Gansu Province] Ms. Tian Hua Sentenced to Two Years in Prison

Ms. Tian Hua was sentenced to two years in prison in November 2015.

29. [Tianjin] Mr. Liu Shufeng Detained; Ms. Meng Arrested

Ms. Liu Shufeng from the Hexi District was arrested by officers from the Liulin Police Station on December 10, 2015. Her home was ransacked. She is now in the Caozhuangzi Detention Center.

Ms. Meng from the Lijiangli Residential Community, Xiaohaidi area in the Hexi District, was arrested by Donghai Police Station and residential committee personnel on December 5, 2015.

30. [Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Xiaohua Officially Placed Under Arrest

Ms. Wang Xiaohua was officially placed under arrest on December 19, 2015.

31. [Suixi County, Anhui Province] Mr. Liu Chao Sentenced to Four Years in Prison

32. [Donggang City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Harassed

Officer Xu Dayong and the deputy director of the Longwangmiao Town Police Station showed up at the homes of Ms. Ma Guihua and Ms. Ma Guichun to harass them on November 4, 2015. They confiscated all their Falun Dafa books and photos of the founder of Falun Gong. They went to Mr. Du Shengtang's home on the evening of November 6, 2015 and confiscated a copy of Zhuan Falun.

33. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Huang Jinxia Arrested

Ms. Huang Jinxia was arrested at home by four officers from the Shenzhen Street Police Station in the Economic Development Zone on December 17, 2015. The officers ransacked her home. She was released the following night.

34. [Mianyang City, Sichuan Province] Four Practitioners Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Li Qun from Xuyong County in Luzhou City was sentenced to seven years in prison in the Jiangyou City Court on December 2, 2015. Ms. Zhong Shuirong from the Qingbaichuan area and two other practitioners were sentenced to eight years in prison at the same time.

35. [Shanghai] Ms. Jin Huizhen and Husband Mr. Zhang Yinquan Arrested

Ms. Jin Huizhen and her husband Mr. Zhang Yinquan from the Zhixiang Community in the Putuo District were arrested at home by plainclothes officers from the Putuo District Domestic Security Division and the 610 Office on the afternoon of December 18, 2015. The officers ransacked their home. The couple were taken to the Changfeng Police Station for interrogation. Mr. Zhang was released that night. Ms. Jin was detained.

36. [Wu'an City, Hebei Province] Mr. Li Qiaoye Detained

Ms. Li Qiaoye from Zhanglidian Village in Datong Town was arrested by officers from the Datong Town Police Station on the morning of December 18, 2015. She was admitted to the Wu'an City Administrative Detention Center.

37. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Mr. Hu Hao Detained

Mr. Hu Hao was arrested on the afternoon of December 2, 2015. He was taken to the Jinan Detention Center the following day and held for 10 days. He returned home on December 13. He is still being harassed regularly since returning home.

38. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Mr. He Xianren from the Longgang District was arrested by patrol officers when he was distributing Falun Gong informational materials on the afternoon of December 12, 2015. The officers took his keys. Subsequently, officers from the Longgang District Police Department and the Liuyue Police Station opened the door of Mr. He's rental home. They arrested Ms. Xu Qin, Ms. Miao Jialiang, and Ms. He Mingxiu who were at Mr. He's home. The officers confiscated Falun Dafa books, printed materials, a computer, and DVDs. Ms. Xu was released. Ms. Miao, Ms. He, and Mr. He remain in custody in the Longgang District Detention Center.

39. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Li Suzhen Officially Placed Under Arrest

Ms. Li Suzhen received an arrest notice from the Hongshan District Police Department on December 17, 2015. She is being held in the Wuhan No. 1 Detention Center.

40. [Chongqing] Three Practitioners Transferred from Brainwashing Center to Detention Center for Extended Detention

Mr. Yuan Zhiqing, Mr. Deng Baishou, and Mr. Ren Denglong were transferred from the Geleshan Brainwashing Center to the Jiangbei District Detention Center.

41. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Zhao Cuiping Detained

Ms. Zhao Cuiping was arrested on the morning of December 13, 2015, for telling people about Falun Gong and distributing Falun Gong informational materials. She was held in a detention center.

42. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Several Practitioners Detained

Between November 22 and December 17, 2015 several practitioners from the Daoli District were harassed, arrested, or detained for suing Jiang Zemin.

Two officers broke into Ms. Zhang Yan's home on the afternoon of November 22, 2015. They took Ms. Zhang to the Gongcheng Police Station and questioned her about the lawsuit she filed against Jiang Zemin. Ms. Zhang was taken to a detention center, where she was denied admission for health reasons.

Mr. Han Mengyang was arrested on November 15, 2015. He was detained for 10 days.

Two officers showed up at Mr. Chi Ming's workplace and arrested him on December 1, 2015. He was detained for 10 days.

Three officers from the Zhaolin Police Station in the Daoli District showed up at Ms. Wan Meijia's workplace and arrested her on the morning of November 15, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. She was taken to the Yaziquan Detention Center at around 10 a.m.

At noon on November 26, 2015, an officer from the Tongjiangjie Police Station called Ms. Liu Shuwen over the phone and told her to go to the police station, because she filed a lawsuit against Jiang Zemin. Ms. Liu was forced to leave home and became displaced.

Three officers from the Jingwei Police Station broke into Ms. Wang Fenglan's home on the morning of November 26, 2015, and took her to the police station. Ms. Wang was taken to the Yaziquan Administrative Detention Center that afternoon.

Ms. Dong Hong was arrested at home by two officers from the Zhangyanghe Police Station around 8 p.m. on November 20, 2015. She was held in the Yaziquan Detention Center for 10 days.

Mr. Shen Dianrong and his wife Ms. Liu Yue'e were arrested at home by officers from the Kang'an Police Station on December 3, 2015. The officers searched their home. Both practitioners are over 70 years old. They were forced to sign a statement to withdraw their lawsuits against Jiang Zemin. The couple were also fined 1,000 yuan.

43. [Beijing] Ms. Lai Fenglan Detained

Ms. Lai Fenglan from Dongluyuan Community, Jiaowangzhuang Village, Yongshun Town, the Tongzhou District, was arrested by officers from the Jiaowangzhuang Police Station on November 24, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. She was taken to the Taihu Detention Center in the Tongzhou District. The detention center has issued a detention notice to her family.

44. [Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province] Several Practitioners Arrested

Since October 2015, officers from the Jiangyin City 610 Office and local police stations arrested several practitioners for suing Jiang Zemin.

Ms. Liu Fenying and Ms. Zhu Wenxia from Huashi Town were detained for seven days.

Ms. Tao Baofen from Xinqiao Town was held in the Jiangyin City Detention Center for 10 days.

Ms. Xu Xiaoxiang from Gushan Town was taken into police custody for one day.

In addition, several practitioners from Changjing Town, Luqiao Town, Xinqiao Town, or Huashi Town were harassed ether by phone or by officers who showed up at their doors. Some practitioners were called in to the police station and were threatened by the officers.

45. [Shanwei City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Zhang Yan and Ms. Peng Weixiang Detained

Ms. Zhang Yan and Ms. Peng Weixiang were arrested on December 18, 2015. Ms. Zhang was detained for 10 days. Ms. Peng was detained for 20 days.

46. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Cao Qicai Sentenced to Four Years in Prison

Mr. Cao Qicai from Wujia Town in the Shuangcheng District was arrested b y officers from the Wujia Police Station on July 12, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. He was secretly sentenced to four years in prison on November 19, 2015. He has filed an appeal.

47. [Laiyang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Jiang Shuling and Ms. Dai Bingying Arrested

Ms. Jiang Shuling from Jiangtuan Town was arrested on the evening of December 18, 2015.

Ms. Dai Bingying from Heluo Village in Heluo Town was arrested on the morning of December 19, 2015. She was held in the Laiyang Detention Center.

48. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zuo Xianfeng on Hunger Strike

Ms. Zuo Xianfeng went on a hunger strike in the Yaziquan Detention Center, abstaining from both water and food.

49. [Chongqing] Ms. Yu Kaizhi and Mr. Yao Rongxuan Taken to Brainwashing Center

Ms. Yu Kaizhi, in her 70s, was arrested and taken to the Jishanpo Brainwashing Center on October 11, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. Mr. Yao Rongxuan from the Yongchuan District was also held in the brainwashing center.

50. [Luzhou City, Sichuan Province] Several Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Yang Weideng, Ms. Tang Lizhen, Ms. Wu Derong, and Ms. Wu Xianzhen were arrested on December 16, 2015. They were placed in custody for several hours. They were released that evening. Ms. Wu Derong's home was ransacked.
