Ms. Jiang Xianfeng and another practitioner were arrested by officers from the Dadukou Police Station for distributing Falun Gong informational brochures on December 24, 2015. Ms. Jiang was taken into police custody. The other practitioner was released.

2. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Ge Fuqi Detained

Mr. Ge Fuqi, from Tuntian Village, Luocheng Town, Shouguang City, was arrested by Shouguang City police on December 18, 2015. He was detained for 15 days.

3. [Qingyang City, Gansu Province] Mr. Zhang Yanrong and Mr. Xu Xuliang Taken to Brainwashing Center

Mr. Zhang Yanrong and Mr. Xu Xuliang from Huan County were arrested by Li, director at the Huan County Political and Legal Affairs Committee; Zhang Jiannan, head of the Huan County Domestic Security Division; and officers from the Huancheng Police Station on December 22, 2015. They were taken to the Qingyang City Brainwashing Center and released after three days.

4. [Daxing'anling Prefecture, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Liu Jingxun Detained

Mr. Liu Jingxun, 73, from Huzhong District, was arrested by local police on July 18, 2015 for posting information about the lawsuits against Jiang Zemin, former head of the Chinese Communist regime. His home was ransacked. He is held in the Huzhong District Detention Center.

5. [Nong'an County, Jilin Province] Ms. Zu Hongxia Arrested

Ms. Zu Hongxia from Nantaizi Village in Qingshan Township was arrested by officers from the Qingshan Police Station on December 18, 2015. She was released that night and picked up by her family, The police extorted money before releasing her.

6. [Mengzhou City, Henan Province] Ms. Tang Xia and Mr. Song Zheng Arrested

Ms. Tang Xia from Wutong Village in Heyang Township was arrested by Wang Gongjun, head of the Mengzhou City Domestic Security Division, and officers from the Heyang Township Police Station on December 7, 2015.

Officers from the Mengzhou City Domestic Security Division and the Gudan Township Police Station arrested Mr. Song Zheng at noon on December 25, 2015. Mr. Song's home in Gudan Township was ransacked. He was taken to the Jiaozuo Detention Center.

7. [Tai'an City, Shandong Province] Two Practitioners Arrested and their Whereabouts Are Unknown

Ms. Li Shufang and another practitioner surnamed Niu were arrested for distributing Falun Gong informational materials on the morning of December 27, 2015. Their whereabouts are unknown.

8. [Jianli County, Hubei Province] Ms. Liu Liping and Ms. Bao Yue'e Arrested

Ms. Liu Liping and Ms. Bao Yue'e were recently reported to police for talking to people about Falun Gong in Shagang Town, Jiangling County. They were arrested and taken to the Shagang Police Station in Jiangling County.

9. [Tailai County, Heilongjiang Province] Three Practitioners Tortured in Prison

Mr. Xu Shengli from Shuiquan Township in Shuangcheng District was sentenced to seven years in prison on December 2, 2015. He was taken to the Tailai Prison, where he was held in a small cell for 15 days. Family visits are denied.

Mr. Zhang Haitao and Mr. Xu Wenlong were kept in small cells for 15 days. Mr. Xu was shocked with electric batons. He went on a hunger strike and was force-fed with pepper water. He was tied onto a tiger bench, a torture method, for six days and five nights.

10. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Jin Xi Arrested for Suing Jiang Zemin

Ms. Jin Xi, from Xichangtuo Village, Ciyutuo Town, Luan County, was arrested by officers from the Ciyutuo Police Station on December 11, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. She was forced to write a guarantee statement that she would give up Falun Gong.

11. [Nanyang City, Henan Province] Mr. Chen Junfeng Arrested

Mr. Chen Junfeng from Tanghe County was arrested at a post office on the morning of December 28, 2015.

Ms. Liu Guixia, from Dongshiyang Village, Liangxiang Town, Fangshan District, was arrested by officers from the Guandao Police Station for distributing Falun Gong informational materials on December 28, 2015.

13. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Fang Zhengrong and Other Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Fang Zhengrong and other practitioners were arrested by local police on the morning of December 22, 2015. Their homes were ransacked.

14. [Chongqing] Ms. Kuang Xiaochun Arrested

Ms. Kuang Xiaochun from Jiangjin District was arrested by Long Yongli, staff member from the Degan Comprehensive Management Office, and officers from the Degan Police Station on December 28, 2015. She was released that afternoon.

15. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Detained

Ms. Li Yuechun, Ms. Zhang Shaozhen, and Mr. Lu Hongbing were arrested by officers from the Xinchezhan Police Station for talking to people about Falun Gong on the morning of December 28, 2015. The three practitioners were taken to the Zhangjiakou City Detention Center.

16. [Baoji City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Wang Guaiyan Arrested

Ms. Wang Guaiyan was arrested by a Chaoyu Village official for talking to people about Falun Gong in Chaoyu Village, Gaojia Town, Weibin District, on December 28, 2015. She was taken to the Chaoyu Village Committee and then to the Chaoyu Police Station.

Ms. Gao Yue'e from Chicheng County was arrested at home by officers from the Chicheng County Domestic Security Division and the Longguan Town Police Station on December 28, 2015 for suing Jiang. She was taken to the Zhangjiakou City Detention Center.

Ms. Xia Yufang, in her 60s, from the Panyu District, was reported to police by local residential community security guards. She was arrested by officers from the Nanpu Police Station on the morning of December 22, 2015.

Ms. Xu Ailian, 65, from Shangchun Village, Shebu Town, was arrested by officers from the local 610 Office and police station on December 23, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. Her whereabouts are unknown.

Ms. Wang Qingfang and Ms. Cheng Xiuzhen were arrested by officers from the Gangou Township Police Station in Huining County on December 25, 2015. Their homes were ransacked. Both practitioners are held in the Baiyin City Detention Center.

Ms. Zhao Lixia from Hongqi Village, Liuhezi Town, was arrested by officers from the Dengta City Domestic Security Division and the Liuhezi Town Police Station on December 28, 2015. Her home was ransacked. She was taken to the Liaoyang City, Detention Center.

Mr. Xiang Youhai was arrested on May 3, 2015 and held in the Dongkou Detention Center. He was sentenced secretly in mid-November and transferred clandestinely to the Wangling Prison in Zhuzhou City on December 23, 2015.

28. [Deyang City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Qing Yanqiong Arrested

Ms. Qing Yanqiong from Qiandi Town in Shifang City was arrested by officers from the Qiandi Town Police Station on the morning of December 28, 2015. She was taken to a detention center, which refused to accept her because of her high blood pressure. She has returned home.

Ms. Wu Qiuqin from Hudai Town in Binhu District was arrested on December 18, 2015. She is held in the Wuxi City Detention Center.

30. [Gejiu City, Yunnan Province] Mr. Zhang Shining and Wife Ms. Zhang Gongqin Each Sentenced to Seven Years in Prison

Mr. Zhang Shining and his wife Ms. Zhang Gongqin were arrested by Xie Ying and other officers from the Gejiu City Domestic Security Division on May 4, 2015. The officers ransacked their home and confiscated a computer and Falun Gong books.

The couple was sentenced each to seven years in prison. Mr. Zhang is held in the No. 1 Yunnan Province Prison. Ms. Zhang is held in the No. 2 Yunnan Province Prison.

31. [Zhucheng City, Shandong Province] Mr. Li Wenxing Whereabouts Unknown

Mr. Li Wenxing was arrested by local police on the morning of December 29, 2015. His whereabouts are unknown.

Ms. Zhang Yufeng from Xiliu Town was recently sentenced to three years in prison. She is held in the Masanjia Prison.

Several officers from the Xingshan Police Station broke into Ms. Li Guiyan's home and arrested her on December 18, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin.

Ms. Hua Yanru was also arrested that afternoon. Both practitioners were held in police custody for several hours before returning home.
