(Minghui.org) Although the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) and the communist regime's persecution of Falun Gong continues, the tide is turning.
Richer for Understanding Falun Gong
I was distributing Falun Gong informational materials in a market when someone snatched away my materials from behind. I thought it was a plainclothes policeman. When I turned around, I saw that person had placed the materials in his rickshaw and told me that he had not seen me in a long time.
The man was in his 80s and had retired from the judiciary 20 years ago. He told me that many of his colleagues owned three or four houses, while he only has one.
“The things that they've obtained are in material form,” I told him. “On the other hand, you are richer than them because you will be blessed for understanding the facts about Falun Gong and for believing that this practice is good.”
Several days later, he told me that he had indeed received blessings.
“I was crossing the road one day and a car drove towards me at a high speed,” he said. “When the car was about to hit me, the driver slammed on the brakes and stopped just in time.”
Speaking up When Observing a Bad Deed
A bean sprout vendor believes that Falun Gong is good and always asks for materials when he sees practitioners.
“The CCP is always lying to people,” he said. “I love to read your materials.”
A practitioner was distributing materials and DVDs one day. As this bean sprout stall was opposite a police department family dormitory, he saw someone leave the dormitory. This person approached the practitioner and grabbed the DVDs.
The vendor walked over and said, “Why are you interfering with people? You may not want to read it, but others do.”
“Do you practice Falun Gong?” that person asked.
He replied, “Why do you want to know what I do? I must speak up if you are doing bad deeds.”
Nothing to Be Afraid of
Another time, I told an elderly couple who was selling apples about Falun Gong and gave them the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party book. I told them to pass it on to others, including putting the book at the doorstep of the village secretary or village chief.
One of them said, “Why should I put it at their doorsteps? I will delivered it right into their hands and ask them to read it. There's nothing to be afraid of.”
Many People Still Need to Hear the Truth
There are people who ask me for paper currency with Falun Gong content on them. One of them told me, “Everything went smoothly when we used this money.” Others asked me to deliver new materials for them to read.
I felt happy whenever I encountered these people who have awakened. However, I know that I shoulder a huge responsibility, as there are still many out there who do not understand Falun Gong.
