Ms. Huang is detained at the Shangzhi City No. 1 Detention Center and the three others at Harbin City No. 1 Detention Center.

Ms. Ma Zhiru and Ms. Du Guiping were recently arrested for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Their whereabouts are unknown.

6. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Wang Yongsheng Arrested

Mr. Wang Yongsheng, 69, was arrested by officers from the Yangjia Police Station on April 26, 2016.

7. [Xiaogan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Wei Cuie's Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Wei Cuie was arrested at the Hankou Railway Station by officers from Hanchuan City on April 26, 2016. Her whereabouts are unknown.

8. [Heze City, Shandong Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Zhu Lingdian was arrested and his home was ransacked on April 22, 2016. He is detained at the Juye County Detention Center.

Mr. Cui Jun, Mr. Zhang Hanzhong, and Mr. Zhang Jianfeng were also arrested at the same time. Mr. Zhang Hanzhong was released on April 25.

9. [Chongqing] Ms. Gu Yiyi Arrested

Ms. Gu Yiyi was arrested by officers from the Guanyinqiao Police Station on April 25, 2016.

10. [Beijing] Ms. Qu Xiuhua Arrested

Ms. Qu Xiuhua was arrested and taken to a brainwashing center by officers from the Jindingjie Residential Committee, the Party secretary and police officer Yang (杨) on April 27, 2016.

11. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia] Ms. Liu Ruiqin and Ms. Zhao Yanmin Sentenced

Ms. Liu Ruiqin and her daughter Ms. Zhao Yanmin were tried by the Chifeng City Harqin Banner Court. Ms. Liu was sentenced to a two-year prison term and her daughter Ms. Zhao to a four-year prison term. They were taken to Hohhot Women's Prison on April 10, 2016.

Mr. Zhang Fangxiang was arrested and his home was ransacked by officers from the Xinzhou District Police Department and the Yangluo Town Police Station on April 22, 2016. Ms. Fang Xijie was also arrested the same day.

Eight practitioners were arrested on April 26, 2016, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. They are Ms. Shi Meiyao, Mr. Shi Xiuyao, Mr. Liu Hanxiang, Mr. Liu Xianqiu, Ms. Liu Zhilan and her husband, Ms. Guo Meiling, and Mr. Guo Wancai. Ms. Liu's husband was released but the others are detained at a detention center.

17. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wang Zhongyi Sentenced

Mr. Wang Zhongyi was sentenced to a five-year prison term by the Hulan District Court on April 15, 2016.

Mr. Zhou Zhiyou was arrested and his home was ransacked on April 24, 2016, for posting informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong.

21. [Huizhou City, Guangdong Province] Eleven Practitioners Arrested

Eleven practitioners were arrested by officers from the Huicheng District Domestic Security Division, 610 Office, Police Department, Chengqu Police Station, and Xiaojin Police Station on April 24, 2016.

They are Mr. Peng Jinqian, Ms. Xiao Guanmei, Ms. Yan Ping, Ms. Li Hua, Mr. Wang Zaishu, Mr. Fan Zhijun, Ms. Kuang Dongying, Ms. Zeng Yulan, Ms. Lin Huayun, Mr. Dai Songhua, and Mr. Jin Mengguang.

The police confiscated two computers, two printers, a laminator, a paper cutter, a recorder, Falun Gong books, and 1,000 yuan in paper money with messages about Falun Gong written on them.

Mr. Peng, Ms. Xiao, and Ms. Yan are detained at the Meihu Detention Center and the rest were released.

22. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhang Xia and Mr. Sun Jun Arrested

Ms. Zhang Xia and her husband Mr. Sun Jun were arrested by officers from the Minzhuguangchang Police Station in Zhongshan District on March 15, 2016. Ms. Zhang is detained at the Yaojia Detention Center. She has been holding hunger strikes to protest the persecution and is now emaciated.
