(Minghui.org) I had several severe illnesses before I started practicing Falun Dafa in 1997. The worst one was throat cancer. I was treated with Western medicine and Chinese medicine, but neither helped.
After giving up all hope, my neighbor introduced me to Falun Dafa. On my first day of learning the Falun Dafa exercises, I could walk home on my own. On the second day, I did not need to rest when I arrived home and even felt like doing some housework. It was miraculous. All my illnesses have disappeared.
On July 20, 1999, Jiang Zemin launched the brutal persecution against Falun Dafa. I knew that my life had been saved by Dafa, and it was being slandered. I went to Beijing and said what I wanted to say: “Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!”
Explaining the Facts about Falun Dafa at Construction Sites
I moved to a new city in 2011 where there were still many construction sites. I decided to go to those places and explain the facts about Falun Dafa to the workers. I sent forth righteous thoughts twice and studied one lecture of Zhuan Falun before going to the sites each morning.
I sent forth righteous thoughts when at the sites to prevent the guards from seeing me. I walked into each site and distributed informational materials. One day, I had almost finished giving out the materials when a guard saw me. He was angry. I said to him with a smile, “I have something good for you! It can bring you a safe and peaceful future.” I gave him a pamphlet with truth clarifying information about the persecution.
On another occasion, the guard at the gate would not let me in or accept the materials I offered him. Just then, two workers came along and one said: “If he doesn't want it, give it to me.”
The other worker said: “Auntie, I have a special pass. Do you want to see it?” He took an amulet out of his pocket and said, “Dafa is good. I have it with me everyday.” I was touched. When the guard heard what the workers said, he let me in and I was even able to help him quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
One time when I arrived at a construction site, I saw that the supervisor was there. I asked Master to help me. I remembered I had a beautiful pendant in my bag. I took it out and walked over to the supervisor and said, “I’d like to give you a pendant to hang on the large construction shed. It will keep all of you safe.” The supervisor was happy and immediately hung it on the shed.
Many of the workers wanted a pendant of their own. I said, “I am sorry, but I only have one with me today. Though, I have other good items.” I distributed the written materials and DVDs to them and asked them to watch and read it at home.
In the evening after sending forth righteous thoughts, another practitioner and I went to the workers’ dorm to help them quit the CCP. The first time we did this, more than 120 workers quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. I had talked to one person in a loud voice so others could hear what I said. Afterwards, I asked everyone around to quit the CCP. When it was time to leave, we repeatedly told everyone, “Remember to say ‘Falun Dafa is good’ and ‘Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good;’ you will be protected by it.”
When I went back to the construction dorm I saw many workers sitting on their beds reading the truth clarifying materials we had given them.
Explaining the Facts at a Market
Two days before the Chinese New Year, I went to a market place with materials to pass out. There were many people in the market, including several police officers.
After I talked to a man about Falun Dafa and gave him a DVD, he grabbed my hand and dragged me over to a police officer. “This is a Falun Dafa practitioner. She has Dafa materials in her bag.”
The officer looked at him: “We do not serve this area.”
The man looked dumbfounded. I looked into his eyes and said, “I thought you were a kind person, and I wanted to save you, but you did such a thing. Now what do you think?”
He lowered his head and said, “Auntie, I was wrong. You can leave.”
That day, I distributed over 100 DVDs. I thanked the officer who had made the right decision for his future.
I knew the DVDs could save people, and I wanted to give away as many as possible. Whenever I went to a market I asked people if they had a DVD player at home. If they say yes, I give them a disk. Sometimes, people say they do not have one, but once I describe what is on the disk, they say they do have a player and accept the disk. The feedback from people who have watched the DVD is very good.
One person who I had given a disk to felt it was good after watching it. He wanted me to give him some more since people came to his home to play Mahjong. I gave him five more. A few days later he called me and asked for more since everyone wanted to have his or her own. I delivered the materials to him. After learning the truth, they wanted to know more about Falun Dafa and wanted me to come and talk about quitting the CCP.
One time I met a taxi driver to whom I had previously given a DVD. There were many other taxi drivers around, and he gathered several of them together and told them how good the content of the DVD was. He suggested that they each take a disk. He also helped them quit the CCP.
One time in the market, I approached a middle-aged man who was selling mushrooms. I asked, “Do you have a DVD player at home?”
He said that I had already given him a disk, and it was very good.” He spoke to people around and asked them to take it. He saw I had more and said, “You can give me some more. I know who has DVD players at home. I will help you distribute them.”
Another time in the market, I saw a person who looked like a government official. I greeted him and began describing what was on the disk. He nodded in agreement and then took a disk and offered it to a person who was following us and said, “This DVD is good. I have watched it, so you can have it.”
That person behind us thought he was an undercover police officer and left. He said with regret, “I tried to help you hand it out, but it didn’t work.” He asked me where the money for making the materials and DVDs came from. I told him they were made with money from my own savings. He said with excitement, “You are great.”
