1. [Linxia County, Gansu Province] Mr. Jiao Yonglin Abused in Prison

Mr. Jiao Yonglin, 66, was arrested on July 9, 2014. He was sentenced to four years in prison by Jishishan County Court. Mr. Jiao was taken to No. 3 Division of Lanzhou Prison in April 2015. He is nearly blind in both eyes and has difficulty taking care of himself as a result of the abuse he received in prison.

2. [Benxi City, Liaoning Province] Eleven Practitioners Arrested

Eleven Falun Gong practitioners in Benxi City were arrested by officers from the 610 Office, Hexi Police Station, Beidi Police Station, and Caitun Police Station on the morning of June 28, 2016. They are: Ms. Gao Chongyan, Ms. Zhong, Mr. Song Yuegang, Mr. Zhang Liang, Mr. Cui Bin, Mr. Liu Hui, Mr. Ma Wancheng, Ms. Zhang Guiping, Ms. Zhang Guixiang, Ms. Zhang Huan, and her husband.

They are detained in the lockup center and the detention center. Mr. Ma Wancheng has returned home.

3. [Chenzhou City, Hunan Province] Mr. Liao Weiping Arrested

Mr. Liao Weiping, a former employee of Yaogangxian Mining Limited Liability Company, was arrested by officers from Yaogangxian Police Station on the afternoon of June 27, 2016.

4. [Liaoyang County, Liaoning Province] Mr. Jiang Deping Arrested

Mr. Jiang Deping, from Jiangjunfang Village in Xiaobeihe Town, was recently arrested at home by officers from Liaoyang County Police Department and Xiaobeihe Police Station.

5. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Jin Suyu and Ms. Sheng Jie Arrested

Ms. Jin Suyu was arrested at home by officers from Shichang Police Station on the afternoon of June 28, 2016.

On the same day, Ms. Sheng Jie was also arrested by officers from Shichang Police Station. The officers confiscated three printers, a computer, and over 10,000 yuan in cash.

6. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Yongqing Arrested

Ms. Wang Yongqing was arrested by officers from Changchun City Domestic Security Division, Gaoxin District Police Department, and Guigu Street Police Station on March 9, 2016.

Ms. Wang Guifu, from Yongji County, Jilin City, was arrested at her younger sister's home in Dalian by Dalian police on June 27, 2016.

8. [Maoming City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Liang Qiuyuan and Mr. Chen Binggeng Arrested

Ms. Liang Qiuyuan and Mr. Chen Binggeng, from Poxin Town in Dianbai District, were arrested by the neighborhood administration office personnel when they talked to people about Falun Gong and distributed Falun Gong informational materials in the Diancheng Town area on June 15, 2016. Both practitioners were held for one day at Diancheng Police Station. The police ransacked Ms. Liang's home and confiscated a DVD player, Falun Gong books, printed materials, and photos of the founder of Falun Gong.

9. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Gu Hongwei and Ms. Fu Yanfei Sentenced to Prison

Mr. Gu Hongwei and Ms. Fu Yanfei were sentenced to prison.

10. [Liquan County, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Li Xianghong and Ms. He Wei Detained

Ms. Li Xianghong and Ms. He Wei, were arrested while distributing Falun Gong informational materials in Shitan Township, by Wang Tao (deputy head of Liquan County Domestic Security Division), Yao Weihong (director of Shitan Police Station), and other officers on the evening of June 26, 2016. Both practitioners are held in Liquan County Detention Center.

Ms. Liu Hui was arrested and taken to Chengdu City Detention Center by officers from Huangwa Street Police Station. She is now in critical condition as a result of the persecution.

12. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Zhou and Mr. Zhong Jiayi Arrested

Mr. Zhou was arrested by officers from Hongqi Police Station in Ganjingzi District on the morning of June 28, 2016. The officers confiscated Falun Gong books, a computer, and a printer.

Mr. Zhong Jiayi was also arrested on the same day at home by the officers. They confiscated Falun Gong books, Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, a printer, and a computer. His whereabouts are unknown.

13. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Wang Guoxiang Arrested Again After Being Released from Prison

After Mr. Wang Guoxiang was released from Gongzhuling Prison in Siping City on the morning of June 30, 2016, he was arrested again by officers from Linjiang City 610 Office in the afternoon.

14. [Huaihua City, Hunan Province] Mr. Zhang Xingzhong Taken to Brainwashing Center

Mr. Zhang Xingzhong from Mayang County was taken to Huaihua City Brainwashing Center by officers from Mayang County 610 Office.

15. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Du Hongjun Detained

Mr. Du Hongjun was arrested and taken to Shenbei New Area Detention Center on June 28, 2016.

16. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Meng Xianfang Detained

Ms. Meng Xianfang went to repair her printer at Changxing Market on June 28, 2016 and was arrested by officers from Huanghe Road Police Station. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Gong books, cell phones, and a computer. She is being held in Yaojia Detention Center for 10 days.

17. [Anshan City, Liaoning Province] Several Practitioners Arrested

Among those who were arrested between June 27 and June 30, 2016, six practitioners have been confirmed. They are Ms. Wang Xiaoping, Mr. Zhang De, Ms. Fan Yuzhi, Mr. He Bin, Ms. Wang Jun, and Mr. Zhou Qingyu.

18. [Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province] Several Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Jia Guojie was tried in Jishan County Court on June 15, 2016. Several practitioners were arrested that day.

Mr. Hou Shengzu and Ms. Pei Yinfeng were held in Yuncheng Detention Center for 15 days. Ms. Guo Xiaozhen and Ms. Guo Meiqin were held in Hejin City Detention Center for 15 and 5 days of detention, respectively.

19. [Fuxin City, Liaoning Province] Twelve Practitioners Arrested

Nine Falun Gong practitioners, from Changyingzi Town in Xinqiu District, were arrested by officers from Dongcheng Police Station in Fumeng County when they studied the Falun Gong teachings on the afternoon of June 28, 2016.

They include: Ms. Qi Yurong, Ms. Dai Yuzhi, Ms. Gao Shuqin, Ms. Xu Xiangqin, Ms. Zhang Fengru, Ms. Zhang Guizhen, Ms. Sun Shuzhi, Ms. Yi Xiuying, and Ms. Bai Yuhui.

On the same day, Mr. Wang Youcai was arrested by officers from Fuxin County Police Department. Elderly Mr. Qi was arrested by officers from Xiguan Police Station in Fumeng County. Ms. Wang Yaru was arrested by officers who were staked out downstairs in the building where she lives.

20. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Zhao Jian and Ms. Han Bing Detained

Mr. Zhao Jian and Ms. Han Bing were held in Weizigou Detention Center in the Xinglongshan area.

21. [Rizhao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhu Xiuxia Detained

Ms. Zhu Xiuxia was taken to Rizhao City Detention Center on the morning of June 30, 2016 for 15 days of detention.

22. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wen Ying Arrested

Ms. Wen Ying was arrested and her home ransacked on June 28, 2016.

23. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Yuan Aihua and Husband Arrested

Ms. Yuan Aihua and her husband were arrested by plainclothes officers on the morning of June 28, 2016. The officers ransacked their home and confiscated printers, computers, and many personal belongings. Her husband was released that evening.

24. [Tonghua County, Jilin Province] Ms. Xu Shuzhen Detained

Ms. Xu Shuzhen from Kuaida Town was arrested by officers from Tonghua County Police Department and the Domestic Security Division on the morning of June 27, 2016. She was held in Changliu Detention Center.

25. [Chongqing] Mr. Li Guoying Arrested

Mr. Li Guoying was arrested on the morning of June 28, 2016 by Deng Hongying and other officers from Dashiba Police Station in Jiangbei District.

Ms. Zhang Liyu was arrested on June 10, 2016. She was taken to Fuzhou City Detention Center for 15 days of detention. She was then placed under criminal detention by Cangshan District Police Department on June 26. She is held in Fuzhou City No. 2 Detention Center.
