(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Xu Xiaofang has been illegally detained for a year for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. She has been vomiting blood and is physically weak due to mistreatment in the detention center.
Ms. Xu lives in Xishan District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. When she went out to talk to people about Falun Gong and the persecution on June 18, 2015, three villagers reported her to the local police. Officers from the Donggang Police Station went to the village and arrested her and took her to the police station for interrogation.
Officer Zhang Lifeng of the Donggang Police Station and officer Hong Yu of the Xishan Police Station went to Ms. Xu’s home at 1:00 p.m. on June 18 2015. They broke into Ms. Xu’s home and ransacked it. Because Ms. Xu’s mother, Ms. Zhang Fengying is also a Falun Gong practitioner, they searched both of their rooms.
