(Minghui.org) Two people who practice Falun Gong, in Sichuan and Shandong Province walked out of a police station after telling the police officers the facts about Falun Gong.
Ms. Yi Sixiu, from Sichuan Province, was arrested by three police officers while on her way home, on November 11, 2016. The police searched her home and confiscated a Falun Gong book.
The officers took her to Longfeng Town Police Station and tried to persuade her to confess.
Ms. Yi said: “I am a good person, not a criminal. Did you bring me here so I could tell you the facts about Falun Gong? Falun Gong is good, please do not persecute people who practice it.”
The officers were all having lunch, no one made any objection. So she told them more about Falun Gong.
Ms. Yi said, “I have not had my lunch, I need to go home and eat.”
An officer said, "I can give you some food.”
Ms. Yi responded: "No thank you, I don’t want you to give up your food for me. I can go home to have lunch. May I please have my book back.”
Another officer said, “Sure you can go get it.”
She picked up her book and left.
Ms. Yang Shuyu, 62, from Shandong Province, was arrested on December 12, 2016 when she was telling others the facts of Falun Gong at Xinzhong Hospital. She was taken to the Dongguan Police Station, along with her electric bike.
Ms. Yang was tied to an iron chair at the police station. She calmly told the facts about Falun Gong to the officers. An officer tried to take a blood sample from her, but she refused to cooperate.
When it was clear to the officers that Ms. Yang would not provide a statement or signature, she was untied. She got on her bike and rode home.
