(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 10 cities or counties in 7 provinces. According to this report, 5 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 11 were illegally arrested.

1. [Tonghua City, Jilin Province] Mr. Bu Jingwen and Ms. Tan Guirong Detained

Mr. Bu Jingwen and his wife Ms. Tan Guirong, from Qinghe Town, Jian City, Tonghua City, were arrested at home on August 29, 2017 by officers from Tonghua City, Jian City, and Jinghe Town. Their home was ransacked, and their notebook computer, three cell phones, Falun Gong books, and materials were confiscated. They were detained for five days.

2. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Mr. Lian Bo Arrested

Mr. Lian Bo of Zhangdian District was arrested on the morning of September 4, 2017 by Xu Yingxian and others from the Domestic Security Division. He was interrogated in Hutian Police Station. He was released the same day.

Ms. Wang Xiuyun from the Chengtai Neighborhood, Qingjiang Road, North District was arrested at home on August 31, 2017.

4. [Shanggao County, Jiangxi Province] Mr. Luo Shiliang and Ms. Wu Jinying Detained

Mr. Luo Shiliang and his wife Ms. Wu Jinying of Shanggao County, Yichun City were arrested on the morning of October 2, 2016. Mr. Luo is being held at the Shanggao County Detention Center, while Ms. Wu is being held at the Yichun City Detention Center. They have been detained for almost a year. Ms. Wu was in poor health for some time. Their child was left home alone.

Ms. Liu Rongmei was arrested by officers from the Hedong Police Station at around 1:00 a.m. on September 1, 2017. The officers ransacked her home, and confiscated two computers, two printers, and Falun Gong materials. She is being held at the Hengshui Detention Center.

6. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Fang Qihua Held in Brainwashing Center

Mr. Fang Qihua was arrested for telling passengers about the persecution of Falun Gong on the train to Wuhan City in early August 2017. He was held at the Yangyuan Brainwashing Center in Wuchang District, Wuhan City. Mr. Fang works at the China Railroad No. 4 Design Institution in Wuchang District.

7. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Ms. Li Guiluan Arrested

Ms. Li Guiluan, 77, was arrested at the security check point in Lanzhou West Railroad Station on September 3, 2017. Railroad officers searched her luggage and confiscated her Falun Gong books and other personal belongings. She was released that night and fined 500 yuan.

8. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Ms. Han Xu Held in Brainwashing Center

Ms. Han Xu was arrested by officers from the Chengguan District Domestic Security Division in mid-August 2017 when she was distributing Falun Gong materials. After being detained for 15 days in Taoshuping Detention Center, she was taken to the Gongjiawan Brainwashing Center on the evening of September 3.

9. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Xu Changlan Detained

Ms. Xu Changlan was arrested by officers from the Jiaojinshan Police Station on the afternoon of September 2, 2017. Her home was searched. She was first held at Jinnanlu Detention Center, then transferred to Yaojia Detention Center for criminal detention on the afternoon of September 5.

They are being held in the Yaojia Detention Center.

11. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Han Junda Imprisoned

Mr. Han Junda was sentenced to 19 months. He has been imprisoned at Shenyang No. 1 Prison since August 23, 2017.

12. [Chongqing] Ms. Chen Kerong Detained

Ms. Chen Kerong of Jiangbei District was arrested by officers from Huixing Police Station on the evening of August 27, 2017. The officers searched her home and confiscated her computer, printer, Falun Gong books, and cash. She is being held at Yiwanshui Detention Center.

13. [Chongqing] Ms. Gao Jianhua Arrested

Ms. Gao Jianhua of Huangnibang, Yubei District was arrested at home on the morning of September 5, 2017. Her home was ransacked. She was taken to a so-called “training center” that afternoon, which is actually a brainwashing center.

Her family was not allowed to visit her. It was said that she would not be released until the 19^th Chinese Communist Party National Congress. Many people are being held there.
