Practitioners of Falun Gong recently held a booth at Birmingham's annual Mind Body Spirit Wellbeing Festival and provided a workshop for attendees to learn the meditative exercises. One workshop participant said of her experience, “My mind became very focused and I felt very peaceful.”
Drawn in by the peaceful music and gentle movements of the Falun Dafa exercises, passersby at a public square were interested in learning more about this cultivation practice. Practitioners introduced Falun Dafa and raised public awareness of the ongoing persecution of their fellow practitioners in China.
