1. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Mr. Wang Youjiang in Critical Condition

Mr. Wang Youjiang, a former People's Liberation Army major, suffered an intracranial hemorrhage at 9 a.m. on June 24, 2017 in the Lanzhou Prison as a result of severe beatings. He has been sent to the No. 2 Hospital of Lanzhou University. He is in critical condition.

Mr. Wang had been at this prison since March 17, 2014.

2. [Beijing] Ms. Lang Dongyue Arrested

Ms. Lang Dongyue was arrested on June 20, 2017. Her whereabouts are unknown.

3. [Baishan City, Jilin Province] Mr. Li Bingxian Detained

Mr. Li Bingxian from Quanyang District was arrested on June 20, 2017. He is being held at the Fusong County Detention Center.

4. [Wenshan City, Yunnan Province] Ms. Li Qun Arrested

Ms. Li Qun was arrested by officers from the Wenshan City 610 Office on May 4, 2017. Her whereabouts are unknown.

5. [Hengshui City, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Lingxiao Arrested

Ms. Li Lingxiao received a notice from the Anping County Court, telling her to go to court on June 22, 2017. The Anping police arrested her when she arrived at the courthouse.

6. [Kunming City, Yunnan Province] Ms. Xing Liqiong and Ms. Li Jinfang Arrested

Ms. Xing Liqiong, employee at the Xilin Cement Factory, Kunming Iron and Steel, was arrested at work by Wang Liwen and other Domestic Security officers on April 26, 2017. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated a notebook computer, a desktop computer, and Falun Gong books. She was released that night.

Ms. Li Jinfang was arrested by Domestic Security officers on April 20, 2017. Her whereabouts are unknown.

7. [Hengshui City, Hebei Province] Mr. Wei Wenkai Detained

Mr. Wei Wenkai was arrested by the local police on June 20, 2017 for distributing Falun Gong materials in Zhaoquan Town's farmers' market. The officers ransacked his home that evening and confiscated Falun Gong books. He is being held at the Hengshui City Detention Center.

8. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Gao Wenzhi Arrested

Mr. Gao Wenzhi from Daochi Village, Beigang Town, Longgang District, was arrested by officers from the Beigang Border Police Station on the evening of June23, 2017.

9. [Xiantao City, Hubei Province] Ms. Tang Lihong Detained

Ms. Tang Lihong was arrested on June 21, 2017. She is being held at the Xiantao City Detention Center.

Ms. Li Kongying and Ms. Zhu Jinlan from Yuhualing Residential Community, in the Houhu area, were arrested on the evening of June 17, 2017. Both practitioners were taken to the Wuhan City No. 1 Detention Center for 10 days of detention.

11. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Wang Zhongliang Detained

Mr. Wang Zhongliang from Qianwangtun Village, Guangmingshan Town, Zhuanghe City, was arrested at home by officers from the Guangmingshan Town Police Station at noon on June 23, 2017. He is being held at the Zhuanghe Detention Center.

12. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Guo Xiaoyun Detained

Officers from the Shanhe Town Police Station, Wuchang City, ransacked Ms. Guo Xiaoyun's home on June 22, 2017. When Ms. Guo went to the police station to demand the return of her Falun Gong books, she was arrested and taken to the Harbin City Detention Center for 15 days of detention.

13. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Yao Kanghu and Wife Ms. Shen Caimei Detained

Mr. Yao Kanghu and his wife Ms. Shen Caimei were arrested by officers from the Renmin Square Police Station on June 21, 2017. They are being held at the Jinnanlu Drug Rehabilitation Center.

14. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Three Practitioners Detained

Ms. Wang Xiongzhen, Ms. Yuan Xiuying, and another practitioner were arrested on June 18, 2017. They are being held at the Lanzhou City No. 1 Detention Center.

15. [Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhu Yunqin and Ms. Li Guirong Sentenced

Beipiao City Court sentenced both Ms. Zhu Yunqin and Ms. Li Guirong from Beipiao City to two-and-a-half-years in prison in early June 2017. Both practitioners are under residential surveillance at home.
