Sept. 26, 2017 |   by a Minghui correspondent in Gansu Province, China

(Minghui.org) Banners and flyers reading “Celebrating World Falun Dafa Day” and “Jiang Zemin sued by over 200,000 Chinese” were found around Jingyuan County, Gansu Province on May 13, 2016. Police arrested two Falun Gong practitioners a few days later. Police also announced a reward of 10,000 yuan for the arrest of another practitioner, Mr. Song Guoli.

Mr. Song Guoli left home to avoid arrest and has not returned. The police have repeatedly broken into his home in recent days. They repeatedly came in plain clothes, sometimes only two people, other times over a dozen, usually in the middle of the night. The police have threatened to arrest family members if they could not capture Mr. Song.

Song Guoli, 62, is a Falun Gong practitioner from Sanhe Village, Dongwan Township, Jingyuan County, Gansu Province. He has been repeatedly persecuted. In July 2015, Mr. Song filed a lawsuit against Jiang Zemin for launching the brutal persecution of Falun Gong. He filed his lawsuits with the Supreme People's Court and Supreme People's Procuratorate.

Mr. Zhang Bingwu was detained for over six months at Jingyuan County Detention Center before police brought him home. By then, Zhang had become severely mentally impaired. His eyes were dull, he was unresponsive when spoken to, and he was incontinent. He died on January 26, 2017. The other practitioner, Mr. Liu Sicai, was sentenced to six years in prison.
