(Minghui.org) I have been riding my bicycle to rural areas to let people there know about Falun Dafa and the persecution. I have sensed Master's guidance and protection throughout my journeys.
My experiences can be summed up in a few words; that is, it's actually Master that saves people. We are only the messengers when we have the heart to do so. I would like to elaborate with three particularly memorable experiences.
People Are Remarkable
I rode my bicycle to a farming village 50 miles away last autumn to clarify the facts to the people there and encourage them to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. From the outset, nothing went right. The villagers were difficult and obstructive. They hurled insults at me and threatened to beat me up. I rode on feeling dejected and depressed.
As I left, I saw two middle-aged men ahead of me having an argument. I approached them and cheerfully said, “Please stop fighting! Don't you realize that it's fate that brings you two together!”
One of the men turned around and addressed me, saying, “You're a good person!”
I realized that I had helped him quit the CCP some time ago. He turned to the other man and said, “This gentleman here is very good. All Falun Dafa practitioners are good people. I will stop arguing with you now because of him.”
He said emphatically that he believed in Dafa and was willing to do anything for Dafa, no matter what it would take. I was touched by his words and had tears in my eyes.
Master was using this encounter to remind me that all of our efforts to save people are not in vain. Master also showed me how important it was that people be truly awakened to the truth and be saved.
This friendly man also helped me to convince the other man to quit the CCP. That made me realize that I have never really been on my own, compassionate Master has always been close by my side helping me through the difficult times.
My confidence grew instantly, and I no longer felt despondent. I eventually succeeded in helping more than 60 people to quit the CCP that day.
Master Brings People to Us
I was out talking to people in another town last summer. As I rode my bike, I saw a man in a red uniform standing next to a corn field. He was all smiles, as if he had been expecting me.
I quickly pedaled toward him, and he then caught me by surprise. He said, “I know why you're here today. You have come to help me quit the CCP.”
When I asked him how he knew that, he replied, “A few days ago I stumbled upon a booklet about Falun Dafa. I thought it was great, and read it over and over again. Two days ago, I was hauling large pipes when the ropes became loose and the heavy load fell on me. A crane was used to lift the load off me. Everyone thought I would surely be squashed. But I stood up and took a few steps - I was completely fine! It was such a miracle! It was exactly as the booklet had described! It was Falun Dafa's master who saved me. I was extremely grateful. I was a CCP member before, and I knew must quit it. I didn't want to be part of that rotten thing. But where could I go to quit? As I was thinking this, a loud, clear voice came from nowhere, 'Don't worry, he will be here very soon.' I looked around, and as there was no one in sight, so I decided to look over here, and here you are.”
I was so moved by Master’s infinite mercy. I felt a current of warmth flow through my whole body. I said to him in earnest, “Yes, my master sent me here to help you quit the Party.” He said happily, “Yes! Please quit for me.”
More People Are Quitting the CCP
As the Fa rectification progresses, more people are awakening to the truth and making the correct choice for themselves.
I went to a work site in March this year and came upon a man in his sixties. I initiated a conversation with him and started telling him about Falun Dafa. He was very receptive, and told me that his father had been the village party secretary and that he had also been a CCP member, but he knew that Falun Dafa practitioners were good people. He had seen through the malevolence of the CCP and believed that everyone should quit it. He gave himself a pseudonym and asked me quit the CCP for him. He also wanted me to put his wife's name on the list to quit, because she used to be in the Youth League and the Young Pioneers. I told him that I could only do it with her permission.
I have come across countless remarkable stories on my journeys. I have written this to remind everyone of the urgency of our mission. Master is very eager and waiting for us to fulfill our vows, so we must not slack off!
