(Minghui.org) Another 19 Falun Gong practitioners from Bin County have been targeted during the mass arrest in Heilongjiang Province on November 9, 2018.
Bin County is under the administration of Harbin and located about 40 miles from the capital city of Heilongjiang Province.
It was previously reported that 17 practitioners from Daqing and over 40 from Harbin were arrested on the same day.
In addition to Ms. Bai Liyan, Ms. Song Jiuxiang, and Mr. Wang De, the newly confirmed victims from Bin County include 15 women and 4 men:
Ms. Tan Guiqin, Ms. Tan Hongmei, Ms. Xu Feng, Ms. Li Weiku, Ms. Bai Lijie, Ms. Huang Jingjie, Ms. Wang Xiaorong, Ms. Wang Lianquan, Ms. Sun Shibo, Ms. Wang Yanqin, Ms. Qu Shuhua, Ms. Zhang Hong, Ms. Li Guizhen, Ms. Meng Qinglan, and Ms. Sun Laowu, Mr. Wang Dongzhe, Mr. Wang Lianquan, Mr. An Guoqiang, and Mr. Li Weiku.
The police arrested most of the practitioners at around 7 a.m. The female practitioners have been taken to Harbin Women's Detention Center, and three of the male practitioners were transferred to Bin County Detention Center. Mr. Wang Dongzhe was released on November 12.
According to sources, the Heilongjiang police have been gathering information on more than 1,000 Falun Gong practitioners by monitoring their cellphones and/or their communication on social media before carrying out the mass arrest.
