Ms. Yang Shuhua, in her 70s, from Anqiu City, was taken to the Shandong Province Women's Prison in late November 2018.

Ms. Yang Zhaoqin and Ms. Liu Xuecui from Songzi City were arrested by officers from the Mishi Town Police Station, Jiangling County, on November 27, 2018. Their homes were ransacked. They are being held in the Songzi City Detention Center.

3. [Macheng City, Hubei Province] Mr. Cai Xuehong Detained

Mr. Cai Xuehong was arrested by officers from the Gulou Police Station on November 25, 2018. He was handcuffed and violently beaten by officer Xia Wei for refusing to be photographed. After five days of custody in a detention center, he returned home.

4. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Wu Bilin's Case Turned Over to Court

Ms. Wu Bilin was arrested by residential police officer and officials from the Dongliguoji Residential Community, Jiang'an District, on May 23, 2018. Her home was ransacked. Her case was turned over to the Hanyang District Court. She is still being held in the Wuhan City No. 1 Detention Center.

5. [Yingcheng City, Hubei Province] Mr. Xiong Jiwei Sentenced to Prison

Mr. Xiong Jiwei was arrested on November 7, 2017. He was taken to the Banqiao Brainwashing Center. He was later sentenced to four and a half years in prison. He appealed to the Xiaogan City Intermediate Court.

7. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Yanming Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Liu Yanming, from Liulongtai Town, Yi County, was arrested by officers from the Beipiao City Domestic Security Division and the Batuying Township Police Station when she was talking to people about Falun Gong on August 31, 2017. She was given a four-year prison term in mid-April 2018. She is being held in the Liaoning Province Women's Prison.

Ms. Chen Jie from Xincheng District was arrested and taken to the Xinhe Brainwashing Center, Baqiao District on December 4, 2018.

Ms. Wang Shuling was followed and arrested when she was distributing information about Falun Gong on the afternoon of December 4, 2018. Her home was ransacked.

10. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Xiao Mincheng Sentenced to Prison

Mr. Xiao Mincheng from Jintang County was recently given a four-year prison term by the Jintang County Court.

11. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Guan Mingqin and Husband Arrested

Ms. Guan Mingqin and her non-practitioner husband were arrested at home by officers from the Xianfenglu Police Station and the Nangang Domestic Security Division on November 9, 2018. The officers ransacked their home and confiscated photos of the founder of Falun Gong, Falun Dafa books, printed materials, a computer, a printer, and 1,200 yuan in cash. Her blood pressure reading was as high as 230/130 during the physical exam. Ms. Guan and her husband were released after being extorted for 5,000 yuan.

Ms. Zhao Xu, 37, was arrested by officers from the Mingzhu Police Station on October 12, 2018. She is being held in the Changchun City No. 4 Detention Center. She was officially arrested by the Nanguan District Procuratorate on November 26.

Ms. Zhao Qiuyue and Mr. Zheng Weidong were also arrested on the same day.

13. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Mr. Gao Hongwei and Ms. An Yajun Arrested

Mr. Gao Hongwei was arrested on December 3, 2018. He was held in the Dongying Detention Center. He went on a hunger strike to protest his illegal detention. An official from the Procuratorate came to order him to eat. Mr. Gao insisted that he will decide when to get up or go to sleep, how to spend his time, and is not under the management of anyone. After the authorities agreed, he stopped the hunger strike.

Ms. An Yajun was also arrested. Detention center officials did not allow her to meet with her lawyer.

17. [Tianjin] Mr. Gao Fengcun and Wife Ms. Tang Zhongyan Arrested

Mr. Gao Fengcun and his wife Ms. Tang Zhongyan, from Tangtou Village, Niudaokou Town, Baodi District, were arrested by officers from the Niudaokou Police Station on the morning of December 4, 2018. The officers ransacked their home and confiscated Falun Dafa books, a printer, a notebook computer, and a cell phone. Mr. Gao was released on bail for health reasons. Ms. Tang was placed in criminal detention.

18. [Chongqing] Ms. Liu Guibi Arrested

Ms. Liu Guibi, in her 70s, from Shuitu Town, Beibei District, was arrested by officers from the Shuitu Police Station on October 24, 2018. She was taken to the Beibei Detention Center, but was released for health reasons.

Ms. Liu was tried at the Fuxing Town Police Station on November 7. She was released two days later. She has since left home, and her whereabouts are unknown.

Ms. Fu Fazhi, 67, from Xindu District, was arrested by officers from the Chengxi Police Station on November 25, 2018. Her whereabouts are unknown.

Ms. Lu Mingzhu and her mother were arrested on December 1, 2018.

21. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Ms. Yang Jinxia Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Yang Jinxia from Wugezhuang Village, Changli County, was arrested on May 27, 2017. She was held in the Qinhuangdao City Detention Center.

Ms. Yang was tried on June 11, 2018. She was given a four-year prison term and fined 5,000 yuan. She was taken to the Hebei Province Women's Prison on October 11.

Ms. Li Xiumin from Shuangcheng District was arrested on October 30, 2018. She was injected with unknown drugs and now she cannot take care of herself. She has developed heart and brain problems. She suffers from seizures, and is no longer able to speak clearly. Her family brought her home on November 29. Her situation is grave.
