(Minghiu.org) Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Shao Minggang had been severely persecuted in the Dongling Prison in Shengyang City. His condition is now dire.
Mr. Shao is 62 years old. He was arrested and sentenced to six years in prison in March 2016 for refusing to give up his belief in Falun Gong. Based on the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, the practice has been persecuted by the Chinese Communist regime since 1999.
After being taken from Jinzhou City to the Dongling Prison, Mr. Shao's blood pressure was dangerously high, between 240-280 mm. He had difficulty staying awake and was often confused. He suffered urinary and fecal incontinence. He could barely walk. He was watched all the time.
Mr. Shao spit out mouthfuls of blood between January 2 and January 5, 2018. Other practitioners protested to the officials about how Mr. Shao was being mistreated. He was taken to the Dongling Hospital on January 5. The hospital did not do anything other than taking his blood pressure and EKG. He was taken back to the ward on January 29.
He fell to the ground when he went to the restroom that evening. He fell again in the workshop a few days later on February 2. He passed out in the restroom again the next day and could not recall how it happened. He was put in a wheelchair, but he fell to the ground a few more times when the inmates pushed him around in early February.
