Ms. Liu Yuhua was reported for talking to people about Falun Gong at People's Square on the afternoon of February 17, 2018. She was arrested by three police officers.
2. [Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Yang Minjiang Detained
Mr. Yang Minjiang was arrested by railway police at the checkpoint of the Jiamusi Train Station on the evening of February 16, 2018. He was detained for five days after being taken to the Jiamusi Railway Police Department. He is being held in the Huachuan County Detention Center.
