(Minghui.org) One morning last year, police officers arrested me while I was distributing materials about Falun Dafa and took me to the local detention center.

At approximately midnight, three young police officers in their 20s or 30s took me out of the isolated cell and brought me to the front gate of the police station.

It was raining lightly. A police car was parked across the street about 10 meters away. Policeman A said, “Auntie, please wait here a minute. We will go inside to pick up umbrellas.” They all turned back and went inside the police station.

I was wondering: The rain is so light and the car is so close to us. Why bother to get umbrellas?

As I waited there more than 10 minutes, the three policemen came to me slowly. They didn't have any umbrellas. The policeman just patted me gently on the shoulder, “Auntie, you are so great.”

We got in the police car. One drove, one sat on the passenger side, and the other sat next to me in the back. I was sitting behind the driver. I told them the facts about Falun Dafa, mainly to the two sitting closer to me, “Falun Gong teaches people to be good. The persecution is wrong. You will have a great future only when you understand the truth about Falun Gong.”

They responded positively. “We know Falun Gong practitioners are good people. We already know it's wrong to persecute Falun Gong. Auntie, you have no idea how hesitant we are to treat Falun Gong practitioners badly. We have a guilty conscience, but we have to do it.”

He was very worried about me and said, “The municipal government watches Falun Gong practitioners closely. You might be safer if you distributed your materials in remote villages.”

Two of the policemen agreed to quit the CCP's affiliated organizations, the Youth League and Young Pioneers.

I didn't miss the policeman A who sat in the passenger seat. As they went through the procedures at the detention center and before departure, I followed him closely and told him the facts about Falun Dafa. He told me that he was a CCP member, too. “Take my advice,” I said to him, “Falun is good and the CCP is bad. If you quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations, you and your family will be safe.”

He agreed immediately, “All right.”

Police A told me, “Auntie, you will stay here for three days according to the rule, but you might stay for several more days. Please take good care of yourself.” At that moment, I understood their intention of fetching umbrellas.

They actually wanted me to take the opportunity to leave.
