New Practitioner: Recovering from Late Stage Liver Cancer One Month After Practicing Falun Dafa

Aug. 7, 2018 |   By a new Falun Dafa practitioner in mainland China

(Minghui.org) When the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) launched its persecution of Falun Dafa, I had just graduated from college. I did not understand why the CCP framed Falun Dafa and persecuted 100 million practitioners.

Even though I did not practice Falun Dafa, I felt sympathy for Dafa practitioners. My sister is very steadfast in her belief, and I witnessed the goodness of practitioners and their selflessness. She took care of our ill mother without complaining, and I saw the countless good things she did. Thus, I admired her very much.

After I started to work, I got in touch with some practitioners from time to time and accepted their informational materials about Dafa and the persecution. My sister persuaded me to quit the CCP and its youth organizations.

I had a medical exam in August 2017 and was diagnosed with late-stage liver cancer. I was desperate and worried about who would take care of my sick wife and young children.

Doctors from city and provincial-level hospitals told me that they could not help me. I heard of a doctor in Inner Mongolia whose patients recovered from incurable illnesses, but he was not accepting new patients at the time.

I stayed at my sister’s for a few days. It was unbelievable that I could sleep that first night at her home and did not suffer any of the excruciating liver pain.

A Falun Dafa practitioner came to see me and said, “If you sincerely practice Falun Dafa, Master will purify your body.” My sister also suggested the same, so I was determined to become a real practitioner.

Although I felt great pain, I decided to study the Fa. My sister told me that Master was helping me eliminate karma. From the Fa, I learned the root of a person's illness.

When I was doing the exercises, my legs were so painful that my body shook and I could not stand still. Nevertheless, I finished the exercises. No matter how difficult, I was determined to be a diligent practitioner.

I got better, the pain lessened, and I could eat. My sister and other practitioners helped me, encouraged me, and shared experiences with me. I felt a little better every day, and after one month I recovered from my life-threatening illness.
