1. [Tonghua City, Jilin Province] Ms. Yang Guizhen Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Yang Guizhen, 69, was arrested on August 8, 2017. She was recently sentenced to a three-and-a-half-year prison term by the local court. She was taken to the Jilin Women's Prison in April 2018.

2. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Xu Jing Sentenced to Prison; Ms. Han Bing Awaits Sentencing After Being Detained for Over a Year

Ms. Xu Jing was arrested on August 12, 2017. She was held in the Changchun City No. 4 Detention Center. She was sentenced to a four-year prison term in July 2018. She was taken to the Jilin Women's Prison in August.

Ms. Han Bing has been detained in the Changchun City No. 4 Detention Center for nearly 14 months. She has been denied family visits. She was tried at the end of July 2018.

Ms. Ren Fengchun, 69, was arrested by officers from the Qingming Street Police Station on the afternoon of August 13, 2018. She was detained for five days.

4. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Xie Rongchun's Case Turned Over to Procuratorate

Ms. Xie Rongchun was arrested at home by officers from the Balipu Police Station on May 17, 2018. Her case was turned over to the Erdao District Procuratorate on August 21.

Ms. Wang Yingxia from Xindu District was arrested by the local police on the morning of August 27, 2018. Her home was ransacked.

6. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Xiaofang Detained; Sister Arrested

Ms. Liu Xiaofang and her sister from Yishui County were arrested by officers from the Shengli Oilfield Domestic Security Division, the Yishui County Domestic Security Division, and the Zhuge Police Station on the evening of August 17, 2018. The officers confiscated over 100 Falun Gong books. Ms. Liu was detained in the Yishui Detention Center for 15 days.

7. [Gaomi City, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Chuanjun Arrested

Mr. Wang Chuanjun was recently arrested by officers from the Chaigou Police Station for talking to people about Falun Gong.

8. [Urumqi City, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region] Ms. Ma Xiuhua and Ms. Wu Guifeng Arrested

Ms. Ma Xiuhua and Ms. Wu Guifeng were arrested at home by plainclothes officers on August 27, 2018. Their homes were ransacked.

9. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Xiuru Detained

Ms. Li Xiuru was reported for talking to people about Falun Gong in Beizhang Village, Nanqi Township on August 24, 2018. She was arrested by officers from the Nanqi Township Police Station. She was taken to the Baoding Detention Center.

10. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Mr. Yang Shaobao Arrested

Mr. Yang Shaobao, 78, from Guitizhai Village, Haigang District, was arrested and sentenced to prison. He has been taken to the Qinhuangdao City Public Security Hospital.

11. [Kaifeng City, Henan Province] Mr. Song Jiaxing and Wife Ms. Wang Xiuyun Arrested

Mr. Song Jiaxing and his wife Ms. Wang Xiuyun from Qi County were arrested by plainclothes officers on the morning of August 24, 2018. The officers confiscated Falun Gong books, and paper bills with Falun Gong information printed on them.

12. [Shangcai County, Henan Province] Ms. Feng Qiaozhi and Ms. Liu Yuhuan Detained

Ms. Feng Qiaozhi and Ms. Liu Yuhuan were arrested by officers from the Dangdian Township Police Station on July 24, 2018 for distributing Falun Gong informational materials. They were taken to the Zhumadian City Detention Center.

13. [Tianjin] Four Practitioners Tried

Mr. Li Mengshun, Ms. Pei Shuhong, Ms. Yang Guirong, and Ms. Zhao Xiufang, from Qiaobei Town, Ninghe District, were tried by the Ninghe District Court and the procuratorate on the morning of August 23, 2018.

Mr. Li Jingzhong and his wife Ms. Dong Shuxiang from Ninghe District were arrested on the afternoon of August 24, 2018. The police confiscated Falun Gong books among other items. The couple was taken to the Ninghe District Detention Center.

15. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhang Yali's Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Zhang Yali was arrested for talking to people about Falun Gong on August 10, 2018. She was detained for 10 days. Her whereabouts are unknown.

16. [Benxi City, Liaoning Province] Five Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Zhang Jiying, Mr. Xiao Yongjiu, Mr. Meng Zhaojin, and two unidentified practitioners were arrested by the director of the Hualai Town Police Station and officers from the Huanren County Police Department on the morning of August 27, 2018. Their homes were ransacked. The officers confiscated two printers, three computers, and other personal belongings from Mr. Zhang.

17. [Chongqing] Mr. Zhang Tingchun Imprisoned

Mr. Zhang Tingchun from Wanzhou District was arrested on September 22, 2017. He was sentenced to a one-year-and-eight-month prison term. He was taken to the Yongchuan Prison in August 2018.

18. [Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Zhao Xia Detained

Ms. Zhao Xia was arrested on August 13, 2018. She was taken to the Hantai Detention Center for 15 days of detention. She has not been released yet.
