Teacher [Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Dafa] is so benevolent that he gives practitioners who did not do well during the persecution, opportunities to recover, letting them erase the wrongs they committed and do well in the future.
I was detained in the Heilongjiang Women's Prison in 2004 and tortured. Unable to withstand the pain, I signed my name on a document that claimed I'd given up Falun Dafa.
I followed the authorities' orders and filled out forms to smear Falun Dafa. The prison guards held meetings with me, wrote monthly reports, and read my writings slandering Falun Dafa in front of others.
It felt as if my heart was twisted after I “transformed” against my true will. I lived like a zombie and even dreamed of ghosts and scared myself to death when sleeping at night.
I was released in 2006, and shortly after, I recited and memorized Zhuan Falun once. One year later, I decided to go out to tell people the facts about Falun Dafa.
I felt extreme heat boiling out from inside of my body every day. I felt hot even in winter. It felt as though my back was burning on a hot steel plate. I could not stand it for a single second.
I could not help but beg Teacher for help. Then the extreme pain lessened to a bearable extent, and I knew it was Teacher who saved me – he shouldered my extreme pain.
I was more diligent in my Fa-study and telling people about Dafa from the next day on. Soon the burning pain shrank to a tiny spot near my ear.
Another time I had symptoms of a severe cold with a fever, and my legs were as heavy as lead when I walked. However, I felt very comfortable as soon as I went out to tell people the facts about Dafa.
But the fever and runny nose came back as soon as I returned home. This situation lasted for a month, and then I was totally recovered.
Teacher saved me from hell once again. By now I have successfully persuaded a few thousand people to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliates.
Many practitioners did not truly realize the seriousness of the mistakes they made when they “transformed,” and it led to their being arrested again. I saw several practitioners who had been forced to “transform” with me in prison arrested again on November 9, 2018.
Besides feeling sorry for them, I hope those fellow practitioners who had experiences similar to mine can calm their hearts, study the Fa, and send forth righteous thoughts more. They need to seriously examine themselves to find their deficiencies.
We need to cherish the cultivation opportunities that Teacher has given us and do the three things well to fulfill our prehistoric promises.
