(Minghui.org) I met a young man named Liuge in the summer of 2016. He asked for a Dafa brochure and said, “I am a drug addict. Will Master Li (the founder) be able to help me get rid of my addiction?” I was surprised by his question. Most drug addicts aren’t that clear-minded. 

I told him that if he sincerely recited “Falun Dafa is great, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is great,” he would receive blessings.

He then shared about one of his friends who was hospitalized due to drug addiction. His wife divorced him and took their child. Even his parents and siblings cut ties with him.

I went to Liuge’s home and gave him a copy of Zhuan Falun the next day. He was so excited, “I recited 'Falun Dafa is Great! Truthfulness- Compassion-Forbearance is Great,' and experienced a unique feeling that is hard to explain. I know that Master Li is taking care of me. I even burned the drugs that cost thousands of yuan.” 

Liuge later told his family and friends about Falun Dafa and encouraged them to quit the Chinese Communist Party. He exclaimed, “I am blessed. Everything is going well for me now. I have two rental properties. I am very grateful for practitioners.”

The friend he mentioned heard about his positive experiences and also began to recite the phrase. He eventually recovered and was able to leave the hospital.

I met Liuge’s friend by chance in early 2019. He told me he had been studying Dafa's teachings since 2016. He got rid of his drug addiction and regained his health. His ex-wife and child also came back. He said, “I really appreciate Dafa and am so grateful for Master. My family has been reunited, and I have been given a second chance in life!”
